After DOGE, Elon came to a conclusion most people missed. He tried to reform the state from the inside. He failed. And he said it plainly: the government can't fix its own deficit. Nobody in power actually wants to cut. The machine protects itself. So he drew the only logical conclusion. If the state can't be reformed, there are only two ways this ends. Either global bankruptcy. Debt keeps compounding, interest payments eat the budget, and the system collapses under its own weight. Or robots. AI and robotics grow the economy so fast that the debt becomes manageable, and abundance makes the old fights over scarcity irrelevant. Here's the part almost nobody sees. For two centuries, capitalism has had a marketing problem. Its gains are real but slow and invisible. 2% growth a year doesn't feel like anything. Your life gets better over 30 years and you never connect it to the system that did it. Meanwhile, the left's promises feel immediate and concrete: a check, a subsidy, a benefit. That's why the left wins on promises even when it can't deliver them. Capitalism produces the wealth, socialism takes the credit. Robots break that asymmetry. When productivity doubles in a few years instead of a few decades, people will see it. Things get cheaper, services get better, opportunities appear, in real time. For the first time in history, people will connect capitalism and their rising standard of living directly, almost instantly. The causal chain becomes visible. And that changes everything politically. So there are two scenarios. Scenario one: we stay in the current inertia. No breakthrough, or a breakthrough we regulate to death. The debt wins. Living standards stagnate, then fall. A frustrated electorate turns to whoever promises the most, and that pushes toward a hard collectivist left. But collectivism fails, as it always does. And when it fails, the most organized, most disciplined collectivist force left standing isn't the old left. It's radical Islamism. Bankruptcy, then communism, then something worse. Scenario two: robots win. Abundance arrives, and it arrives visibly. The link between free enterprise and prosperity becomes obvious to everyone. And this is the key point: it becomes obvious to everyone, including the minorities the left was counting on. Because their long-term incentive is the same as everyone else's. A kid in the suburbs gains infinitely more from a booming, abundant West than from a bankrupt state handing out promises it can't keep. Abundance is the most powerful integration machine ever built. That's the Western renaissance. The West doesn't need to win the culture war by arguing. It needs to win it by delivering. And for the first time, it has the technology to deliver fast enough for people to notice. The race isn't left vs right anymore. It's robots vs bankruptcy.

Telling people to dump Bitcoin to buy "Super Intelligence" is the ultimate VC category error. "It’s a dead network that does nothing except store value." Yes. That’s literally the entire point. Gold hasn’t pushed a software update in 5,000 years. It commands an $18T market cap precisely because it does nothing except sit in a vault and refuse to be diluted. Money isn’t a Series B SaaS startup. It doesn’t need quarterly feature roadmaps, enterprise pivots, or hype. Predictability is the feature. Here’s the part they completely miss: AI is an engine of exponential abundance. It drives the marginal cost of code, content, and intelligence toward zero. Bitcoin is absolute mathematical scarcity. You don't sell the yardstick to buy more fabric. And when autonomous AI agents actually start transacting 24/7 at machine speed without bank accounts or KYC, what do you think they settle in-depreciating AI capex, or an immutable digital scarce asset? AI creates the abundance. Bitcoin is the pristine collateral you store it in.
A brutal year for Bitcoin is just getting started. Give me three minutes to explain why you should dump it now. Outflows from ETFs are signal and will continue. We will test the 57k low again in the next 12 months. Why? Because there are far too many dynamic places to put your money that are creating MUCH more value. Why put your resources into a dead network that offers nothing beyond a store of value? What's the point of place the BTC be if Bitcoin's Ponzi-scheme nature has gone away!?! The viral nature of bitcoin was it's power... if you didn't own you were MOCKED! Now? Completely reasonable, heck, SMARTER, to ignore bitcoin and place other bets! No one is trying to convince people to buy Bitcoin anymore... the memes and NFTs are gone. No one is saying $ BTC can change the world, because it won't — and BECAUSE AI HAS! Just sell and shift from Bitcoin to Super Intelligence because one provides little to no value, and the other provides unlimited upside for humanity. This should be obvious to everyone right now. Bitcoin will never break its all-time high again.

30 years ago folks told me the internet was dumb because it was just a faster way to send mail. 15 years ago folks told me bitcoin was dumb because it was just for buying drugs on the darknet. Today folks tell me agentic AI is dumb because it's just for vibe coding apps.

I'd like to think of a bitcoin treasury company as a vehicle. Since we are in a bitcoin accumulation phase, investors are valuing the rate at which bitcoin is accumulated for shareholders. The reason I think of them as vehicles is because depending on the state of the vehicle and whether it is moving or parked, the value will change. Parked Vehicle = mNAV 1 and below. Moving Vehicle = mNAV above 1 The parked vehicle is a stalled car while paying for parking until it gets moving again. There are corporate costs, interest payments, dividends etc. The moving vehicle is moving at a speed which I'd measure as BTC Yield. However, since this metric is rearview mirror looking I can only use that as a reference. If this vehicle is moving "fast" with BTC yield each week or month or year. If the vehicle is achieving a BTC yield of 10% per week, the investor is essentially gaining an increase of its bitcoin stack at 10% per week. Would you as an investor be willing to pay a premium of 1.1x mNAV for this vehicle performance? If it maintains this level of mNAV by the end of week, you could get off the vehicle and the result would be a 10% growth in your bitcoin stack. If the mNAV compresses back to 1 by the end of the week (the vehicle parks), you'd be breakeven on your investment. What if the vehicle is running so smoothly that it's not going to park for a year? What would be an appropriate mNAV? Something to think about. 😊

Honestly I don’t know the “ideal” mNAV. Theoretical mNAV looks like ~1 if all they do is hold bitcoin. Over long-run, I suspect it drifts toward 1 as BTC treasury companies slow accumulation. At that point they start acting like a spot Bitcoin ETF: tight to NAV, almost no fee, plus corporate risk. What do you think?

A new Metaplanet disclosure today! Simon Gerovich (@gerovich) exercised 92,000 stock acquisition rights on Aug 28, converting them into 64.03 million shares His position goes from 15.56 million to 79.59 million shares, roughly 5.9% of the company And he has locked those shares for 5 years, until 2031 This matters He could have held the rights and kept the option to wait. Instead he put capital on the table to become a direct owner of the shares, and took on the downside risk of 64 million shares for 5 years He did it with the stock down 31% YTD and mNAV compressed Not the behavior of someone preparing an exit

It’s frighteningly easy to develop pessimistic blinders and lose sight of the incredible blessings and achievements in our lives. This is common when a single identity—for example, job title and function—leads you to measure self-worth using one or two metrics (like income or promotions, usually in comparison to others) dependent on some variables outside of your control.

Exactly this on a bigger scale:
Swedish #Bitcoin treasury company @H100Group ($H100) received shareholder approval to acquire two Norwegian companies holding 2,449 BTC, increasing its holdings to 3,500 BTC.

I recommend reading this first to understand his framework. It seems to me that Bobby's CEBE framework is simple and clear way to see which treasury company is doing their job right for common shareholders. cebetracker.io/insights/the-…

If you're into Bitcoin treasury, follow Bobby. Most thorough and detailed analysis on Bitcoin treasury companies. Honestly, there's too much hype or doom-scrolling posts lately. But Bobby's work clears many things out. Great analysis.
Three scenarios at current capital structure: The Doom Loop ($45K BTC) CEBE: 9,085 sats. Drag: 58.3%. Break-even: $26,224. BPS measures Bitcoin per common share before senior claims. CEBE BPS measures Bitcoin per common share after senior claims. CEBE is the conservative risk metric. BPS is the common equity growth metric. BTC Yield measures BPS execution.

There’s no legit reason to own bitcoin. Literally none.

Google went public in August 2004, and went up 100x from there. But it started at 23 Billion. Anthropic and Open AI are starting at 1 Trillion. The difference is not only the valuation, it's the fact that at least 4 players are competing neck and neck for LLMs. All of them are losing massive amounts of money. Google, in contrast was highly profitable. AI is going to change the world. But I am not completely convinced about these AI companies. In contrast, Bitcoin has no competition, and its cheap. All the money printing in the next decade will make it immensely valuable.
