2 ex of customer service this week. I ordered 2 concert tics on @Ticketmaster and a 3rd ticket was added. I called within 5 mins of ordering and no refund for the one extra ticket (ticket was in a different section). Repeatedly said no refund. This is how a monopoly works.
Then today my water order was not delivered and @ReadyRefresh even showed a picture of the delivery but it was not our driveway. Immediately apologized and resent delivery at no charge. This is real customer service. @TMFanSupport you may want to take notes
