Finally, a Biden DOJ employee has been indicted for criminal misconduct.
Hopefully this is only the leading wave of what should be a tsunami of lawfare accountability prosecutions.
Next up should be the FBI agents and Asst. U.S. Attorneys who committed fraud on the courts in DC, Brooklyn, Milwaukee, and Fort Pierce.
Lying to Congress is unacceptable.
Lying to jurors and judges to interfere with elections and imprison Trump’s associates is unforgivable.

@themikeshirley did nothing wrong but did refuse to enter a plea deal with Biden prosecutors. He got 7 years 3 months.

@mercyoverpower has been a warrior for our family. Her tireless efforts to bring so many stories of weaponization to the forefront has brought hope when we didn’t have any. As our fight continues we pray @POTUS @realDonaldTrump will grant clemency to bring @realchrismazzei home.
THE J6 PARDONS CAME... BUT WHO'S HELPING THE FAMILIES STILL PICKING UP THE PIECES? 💔
Cynthia Hughes is a FORCE OF NATURE!
I've worked alongside Cynthia, and I've seen firsthand how she's fought for J6 families, especially the children whose lives were turned upside down when their parents went to prison. She even brought these kids face-to-face with President Trump.
Now she's taking that fight even further with @WeaponizeWatch.
We talked about the heartbreak, the families still struggling, and why Cynthia REFUSES to give up on them.
This is one POWERFUL conversation!

The most dangerous enemy of democracy is the deep state FBI/DOJ, yet it is NEVER mentioned by our elected officials.
The FBI/DOJ has affectively unlimited resources to hunt you down, and absolute immunity from charges of weaponization. They are accountable to nothing but the honor system, and these people are NOT honorable.
There is enough exculpatory evidence in the Brian Cole Jr. case that a reasonable juror could find more than a reasonable doubt as to his guilt.
From what I understand, all the FBI has is a grainy video that does not show his face, some cell phone data that shows he was in the general area, and some credit card receipts that show that -- at the very worst -- he could have built "A" bomb, NOT "THE" bomb.
Against the government's case is @SteveBakerUSA 's showing that "the shoe don't fit" (so you must acquit), gait analysis (which is always rock solid science when the government uses it against YOU, but junk science when WE use it), and now actual evidence that they may have the wrong person.
This, of course, is on top of the fact that his profile does not make any sense to place him as the pipe bomber.
That is not to say that they don't have probable cause to arrest him and convince a grand jury to indict him -although that is getting harder to support by the day.
But it does mean that they should not be holding him in the DC Gulag - which is not under investigation for civil and human rights violations - pretrial.
He is not dangerous and not a flight risk. That should end the analysis. He should be sent home to his family immediately so he can properly meet with his lawyers and prepare for trial.
There is absolutely zero justification to hold him. If he is held until trial, his trial should be declared a mistrial.
There should be a rule that if the government holds you before trial, they can only prepare for trial for the same amount of time that you are given to prepare.

Four years later, Tim Barton is still fighting for the chance to have his case fully heard.
No conviction. No jury verdict. Yet the consequences have already reached his businesses, property and family.
Hear Tim explain it himself. @TbartonDallas
180 Years for a Man Who Hasn’t Been Convicted
🚨 Tim Barton hasn’t been convicted of anything.
But the federal government has already:
❌ Seized his businesses
❌ Sold off his properties and artwork through a court-appointed receiver
❌ Drained his resources until he’s representing himself
❌ Stacked nine counts carrying up to 180 years in federal prison
And they’re threatening more.
“They think because they took my stuff that I care,” Barton told us. “You can’t take what I’ve got between my ears. I will create it again.”
That’s what the machine fears most: a man who won’t break.
President Trump knows what it’s like to be targeted by the system. Tim Barton’s story deserves his attention. 🇺🇸

A presidential pardon can provide an opportunity for relief. But why should correcting a serious injustice wait until the end? In When Mercy Becomes a Marketplace, Stephen Keller examines what the pardon process reveals about the system that comes before it.

Lately, the media noise about "pay-to-play" is loud, but it misses what executive clemency is actually about.
Mercy isn't reserved just for the connected or the wealthy.
History shows that ordinary working people—mechanics, everyday workers, and individuals without deep pockets have received pardons when the actual facts and the record proved they were over-charged or unfairly treated.

My sister, a licensed nurse practitioner, was recruited by a staffing agency and paid $15–$30 a chart to review patient files. Labs and suppliers billed Medicare $111M under her name. She got 20 years. The appeals court admitted errors and called them "harmless." 🧵👇

🇺🇸 WHO IS FIGHTING FOR THE FAMILIES LEFT BEHIND IN OUR OWN PRISON?
@realDonaldTrump @VP @FLOTUS @AGPamBondi @TheJusticeDept @WhiteHouse @USSupremeCourt @SenRickScott @marcorubio @ByronDonalds
Families across America are suffering as our loved ones sit in prison after cases we believe were tainted by the weaponization of the Biden DOJ. We are losing our savings, our homes, our health, and precious years with our children.
I am a mother fighting for my daughter, Elizabeth Hernandez. Her five children need their mother. We need someone in power to hear us and take action.
Please review these cases, examine the injustices, and give these families a voice. We are human beings, not case numbers. Our children deserve their families back.
🙏 Please don’t forget us. HELP SAVE OUR FAMILIES AND OUR CHILDREN.

To me, this is absolutely inconceivable. How can a person be denied a fair chance to prove their innocence and seek justice? What kind of justice system closes every door on someone who is fighting to clear their name? When the Department of Justice has the power to destroy a person’s life, but no meaningful path to relief remains, something is terribly wrong with our system. Justice should never be beyond reach, and no one should be abandoned when they are fighting for their freedom.
