Effective Immediately, all organizations using PHP for their systems are advised to be prepared for an update addressing two critical vulnerabilities. PHP is widely used for web applications. These vulnerabilities often provide a direct path to the server's file system or database. If an immediate update is not feasible, it is recommend that organizations take the system offline until it can be fully mitigated. NSA will follow up shortly with more specific guidance.

This new creatine study is insane.
People who never trained took 10g of creatine a day and gained more lean tissue (2.43 lbs) than people who were lifting 3x a week with no creatine (0.31 lbs).

The 2.43 lb was DXA “lean mass,” not 2.43 lb of muscle. Creatine increases intracellular water, which DXA counts as lean tissue. The study didn’t measure hypertrophy, and exercise vs no-exercise wasn’t randomized. Does not show creatine beats lifting. tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.10…
