If Chancellor includes tax revenues from not yet approved #Rosebank oil field to fund his budget it’s environmentally ruinous & morally obscene. As the planet burns, claiming emissions won’t “count” because the oil is burned overseas is reckless & cynical

Once upon a time @UKLabour stood for & fought for ordinary Brits. Now it’s a a route to vast money making for the deeply corrupt. But it’s not just Labour/Starmer/Burnham. It’s almost all MPs. The entire system is rotten to the core & needs gouging out.
Almost 9 million people across the UK are at risk of needing a food bank in the next year.
One in five people have already run out of food and couldn't afford to buy more in the past year. And with further energy price rises on the horizon, millions face continued pressure.
The consequences go far beyond hunger. People are losing sleep, struggling with their health and relationships, and finding it harder to work.
But this doesn't have to be our future. Ahead of the Budget, we need urgent action to ensure everyone can afford the essentials.
