My 2024 Crypto Trading Playbook
Steal it and make it your own.
1. Mark out key structural levels on $BTC, your bull market trading revolves around this. Right now $60k is the level to hold.
2. Long $BTC breakouts when a key resistances break. Avoid shorts for now.
3. Scan altcoins, look for laggards waiting to breakout.
4. Rotate into altcoins.
5. Keep an eye on bitcoin, and exit altcoins at first signs of weakness.
6. Keep a list of the best performing altcoins, expect them to behave the same way during the bull run. Strong ones stay strong, weak ones stay weak. Study $SOL and $AVAX relative to other majors.
7. Continue longing until you see the market structure and sentiment shift.

Specialise in one or two narratives.
Gaming, AI, memecoins are easy to get into and understand right now.
Learn all the current major assets and upcoming projects.
Understand the community.
Know the space better than 95% of people.

Crypto bull runs last 10-12 months from the break of Bitcoins previous all time high. This has been consistent for the last few cycles.
Why does this matter?
Now you know that when Bitcoin breaks $69k a 10 month countdown timer starts and by the end of that countdown you should be all out.
If you don't take profit, it's your own fault.

Resistance made for a nice quick short scalp.
Many times I'll just set alerts at a key support or resistance and then check the chart and can usually grab a quick entry for a quick profit.
For those wanting more tid bits of insight into my LTF trading.

$LINK - We're currently testing the $18 resistance that is a historical key level.
This was where we bounced and rejected multiple times and if we can get above it, it's thin air up to $27 and our high side target is the .618 around $34.
These very long accumulation ranges typically overperform during bull markets, but $LINK has been taking its sweet time so far.
Remember, resistance is still resistance until it gets broken. We probably need #bitcoin to cooperate.

Watched Dumb Money last night on Netflix, pretty good.
I think all crypto traders should watch it to understand how euphoria can take over and stop you from taking profits because of a ‘mission’.
Your mission is to make money, not to fall in love with the stocks or the coins or the movement… that’s why I pivot to a hot market, I don’t care if it’s coins or stocks
The other part that I like is the buyers against those shorting. That’s what we have here with $MSOS.
