Earlier this year, I started eating just plain oats and boiled egg as breakfast, one bottle of zobo for lunch and cucumber for dinner. I did that for one month. When I checked the scale, my weight did not move from 80 KG. Na once I return back to eba, after all, nobody will wear crop top in heaven. We are all going to wear white flowing gowns😌
