We can complain about this call all we want How do we not try to recover a loose ball? Mizzou lacked focus today.
I keep telling you guys football is rigged. Missouri playoff hopes ended today because Arch Manning sucked so bad they called an incomplete pass a forward fumble recovered for a first down by Texas.

🤣🤣🤣
SEC officials doing everything they can to reverse that Mizzou touchdown in time.

Mental focus for mizzou has wavered today

Boulder voted for a train in 2004. Boulder is full of billionaires. High IQ, educated, lots of business. You'd think they're be able to make it work. At least they'd have the money to get it done. Boulder has been taxed for a non-existent train starting in 2005. They were promised completion in 2014. It's now 12 years later, 2026, and they have nothing. It's been 21 years of waiting and paying taxes. Boulder has now payed over $300 million for a train that doesn't exist. The government is now promising the train sometime after 2040. At least one more decade of taxes while having nothing. Can you imagine voting for another train when you're still paying taxes for an epic failure? Colorado couldn't be more gullible!

BREAKING: The FAA has shut down airspace over the Department of Energy’s Savannah River Site, with a notice calling it a “US Government Nuclear Incident," per SRS
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
SRS did not describe the event as a “US Government Nuclear Incident”; that phrasing is from the FAA TFR notice. SRS reported a contained fire with no off-site contamination. public.srs.gov/2026/10/savann… themirror.com/news/us-news/b… wrdw.com/2026/10/28/eme…

Never thought @DisneyParks rides would break down more than Kings Island, but here we are. Mickey’s Runaway Railway = shut down mid-ride, had to exit Ratatouille = shut down mid-ride, had to exit Spaceship Earth = stalled mid-ride for 10 minutes Losing some of the magic ngl

Can someone explain this whole internet issue?
There is a major security issue today that has the ability to compromise many business. It should not effect ShipHero directly but it may impact our partners so our full team is on alert and monitoring for threats and disruptions. So far our Academy site (for training) has been taken down by its vendor as a proactive measure. To the ShipHero security team and all the security and dev teams out there today, we support you.

That can't use me on high value loads because we have to do 15 loads first to be considered a good carrier for them but we've only done 3. Thats a shitty criteria in my opinion. 🤦‍♂️

Pepsi paid $2bn for Poppi and now says it won't pay the $300m earnout. Everyone's acting surprised. What happens when a giant buys a challenger brand, with the receipts: - Honest Tea, Odwalla, Zico: all bought by Coke, all discontinued. Zico's founder bought it back. - Bai: Dr Pepper paid $1.7bn, wrote most of it down. - Bodyarmor: Coke paid $5.6bn, took a $760m impairment three years later. - Rockstar: Pepsi paid $3.85bn, has lost share every year since. - Freshly: Nestlé paid $1.5bn, shut it within three years. - Dollar Shave Club: Unilever paid $1bn, sold it for a fraction seven years later. - Bonobos: Walmart paid $310m, sold for $75m. - Mirror: Lululemon paid $500m, wrote it off and shut it. - Ballast Point: Constellation paid $1bn, sold for pocket change four years on. - Reebok: Adidas paid $3.8bn, sold for $2.5bn fifteen years later. - Snapple: Quaker paid $1.7bn in 1994, sold for $300m in 1997. The original. The pattern isn't bad luck. The brand was bought to protect the original and core portfolio, not to grow. Once it's off the market, the job is done. If you ever sell to one of these: the cash on day one is the price. Everything else is a promise from someone who is incentivized is not to keep it.

This is going to be some amazing brand recognition for @DenverRayburn. Having been to the factory, I can assure you it’s real. True gamechanger.
I will pay you $1000 if you show us the following: 1. Video of the sweaters being knit in Los Angeles 2. Where the machines are made that make those sweaters via 3. The box holding the cotton thread showing where its made @fw_automation @JoshuaSteinman @DenverRayburn My argument wasn't about the sweater, but here's your opportunity to show us all how you're reindustrializing America with a knit sweater. You've multiple times claimed its profitable at $16, so please tell us: 1. Material cost for the 2XL sweater 2. Rent in Los Angeles 3. Shipping cost 4. Packaging Again, it's not about the sweater. I'm speaking generally, but if you want to make it about the sweater, show us! It's cool right? Sorry forgetting confused for thinking that the $320 sweater was "the real one", which apparently is... made in Portugal? Why are they still selling at $320, but you're sold out by the way? If it's your design, why are you allowing that? And that "the real one" is sold out for me and has a woman wearing it who is either AI or photoshop or both. What's that about? It's confusing, so show us, and I'll pay you $1000!

Disgusting. Nasty. Repulsive. I would 100x rather go back to just 2 teams making it than 24.
Sources: The College Football Playoff is nearing a deal to expand to 24 teams, per sources. The new format will start in 2027 and is expected to come together in the near future, pending final approvals.

First they came for the software engineers, I said nothing for I was not a software engineer. Then they came for the mathematicians, I said nothing for I was not a mathematician. Then they came for the product managers and I said "make sure you get all the product managers"

I saw FreightWaves write about a startup fuel card company Slick website - no mention of having the big 3 fuel stations My bet? They are reselling a trucking companies discount and marking it up. Raising a ton of money with thin ice as its foundation
