"For many years now, the streets of Toronto have been filled with large crowds waving foreign flags–Palestinian flags, Israeli flags, Ukrainian flags, even the flags of our enemies like the regime in Iran–anything except Canadian flags... We are inviting you to help us change that." I will be joining this. It looks like it is going to be huge, and pretty well-organized. Don't miss it! takebacktoronto.ca

I have nothing but love and respect for MY city councillor, the Queen of the Beaches Natalie Johnson! And it was a pleasure to exchange hugs tonight and to finally meet her family and campaign manager. Three weeks ago I barely knew who Natalie was, but I became very impressed very quickly. We were odd teammates the last few weeks, but despite the fact we come from very different worlds, we teamed up in defense of the truth and in defense of a community we are each in love with. That community failed an IQ test tonight, but I still love it. This clean cut, composed, preppy MSM reporter running for office in a liberal area didn't need to give this immature, edgy, oddball activist the time of day. But she did, and she was incredibly responsive, kind, empathetic, and appreciative as I both spoke to her about the issues in Toronto and tried to support her. I don't regret a second I spent supporting her the last few weeks, and while we probably won't ever be as close again as we weirdly were the last few weeks, she has found a loyal friend for life in myself. And if anyone messes with her I will be there screaming at them through a bullhorn.

So happy that my friend Patricia Conlin was elected regional councillor for Scugog. She is an absolutely champion, and I can truly say Scugog is lucky to have a true representative who loves her community. She was there for me when I began my political journey, and thank her.

Frankly, everyone: We are getting our asses kicked so badly, I feel humiliated, and so should you. We aren't losing because our enemies are stronger or smarter. We are losing because they are more organized and because they get off their asses and fight. I just got back from Oshawa, where I was volunteering for Sam Howes for the third straight day, the sixth total. In 2022 and 2023 I was doing multiple demonstrations per week. Please take the time to look up who is running in tomorrow's municipal elections in your area and VOTE. And bring a few friends with you. One day it will be too late to speak out, protest, campaign, or vote, and you will spend every single damn second of that time wishing you had done something before it was too late.

I don’t know how the Toronto mayoral will pan out today, but I’m hoping for a Bradford win for more reasons than one. It would be glorious to see a BC-type crashout by certain Chow supporters.

Sex offenders, men who beat up women, and other serious violent criminals getting reduced sentences because of race. This is wrong. There is no excuse. PERIOD. Everyone should follow the same laws & do the same time for the same crime, regardless of race.

We need to confront the fact that anti-Americanism has become the default stance of the Democratic voter base.
New Gallup poll asks "which values the country most needs today?" Out of a list of 12 values, Republicans put "patriotism" #1, for Dems it ranks dead last - by a lot. Dems say "equality" is most needed, Republicans rank it 11th out of 12.

The reminder that seems to be missing from the City, by the way, is that only Canadian citizens can vote. ID and Toronto address, yes, but not just anyone with those two things can vote--only Canadian citizens can, per S. 17(2) of the Municipal Elections Act, 1996 (Ontario).
Don’t forget your ID showing your name and qualifying Toronto address when you go to vote today. 🪪 Learn more: toronto.ca/city-government/e… #TOVotes26 #TorontoVotes2026

That's how both my parents died from cancer—they couldn't even get it diagnosed and they both knew something was wrong. And it's why I'm so afraid after nearly a year of respiratory problems that have gotten much worse in the last couple months. Can't get a CT scan.
Trump: "In Canada and Europe, they come to use our healthcare system because even cancer patients, they wait for 9 months, 10 months, 12 months to see a doctor. They're dying and they can't even get in."

Hopefully this election will make every politician in Canada think twice before calling a snap election. A practice that shouldn't even be legal anyway
