Just had a great 1-minute meeting with GPU Jack. To maximize the 60 seconds we had, we both turned our speaker volumes to zero and spoke past each other for the full duration of the call.
Excited to now spend 14 minutes looking through the transcription to figure out what he has.

Burgers are interesting in that folks cook them at home and know the temp they want. Nailing that on a thick patty during a busy service isn’t always easy. Smash burger consistency much better.
