I have the memorandum decision granting in part and denying in part Candace Owens's motion to dismiss the Macrons' defamation case. The motion has been granted as to her in her personal capacity, but her business entities Candace Owens, LLC and Georgetom, LLC, remain as defendants.
The court has also concluded that French law governs the statute of limitations, but has called for more briefing on which statute of limitations applies - the standard 3-month limitation period for ordinary defamation claims, or an extended 1-year limitation period for claims based on defamation aimed at a person's sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

That team is linked to Tucker Carlson. Yes, I'm serious.
The company is sponsoring MKNE member Stanislav Krapivnik who is openly fundraising for Russian drones.
Tucker was listed on MKNE's media advisory board.
Krapivnik also does interviews with Tucker's Russia-linked and suspected honeypot friend, "Elizabeth Lane."
Western Star Inc. is funding Krapivnik's @YouTubeCreators @TeamYouTube videos.
Krapivnik uses his platform to raise money for arming Russia's Slavic Brigade with weaponry, particularly drones, so it can kill Ukrainians.
