Not in the post-Chevron world peeps
Peanut Butter is a liquid. We said what we said.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Peanut butter is technically a Bingham Plastic (a subset of non-Newtonian fluids), but under ASTM D4359-90 it is classified as a liquid, not a solid. The TSA considers the nut spread a liquid, but is unrestricted if it is a sandwich ingredient.

So, I have some news for them.
This one isn’t over yet but those of us that live in the Colorado Red Zone are optimistic this lead is going to hold.
Lots of folks threatening to leave Colorado after last night and that's fine, no need to announce your departure. Another option would be to run candidates that aren't lying grifters.

If, by chance, Victor Marx’s goal was not to run a serious campaign for Colorado governor, but instead to build a transferable fundraising apparatus/list that he or his enterprises can use in the future, it appears the campaign was wildly successful.
Republican gubernatorial candidate Victor Marx raised $4.5 million in 2026 but will finish the campaign without ever going on television. #copolitics coloradopols.com/diary/22989…

It’s just crazy how literally nothing can break the perception that republicans are fiscally conservative. It does not matter that republicans have exploded the debt and deficit every time for the last 50 years, people still insist they’re fiscally conservative
Every time a DHS attorney complains that my evidentiary submission with EOIR in an asylum case is "too voluminous" an angel get its wings.

I pay every invoice the day it comes in—not net 30, not on Friday, but that day. And anybody who tells me that’s bad cash management has never had the best guy in town pick up on the first ring.
Here’s what nobody tells you about paying slowly: You think you’re being smart by floating your money, but what you’re actually doing is training the best people in your life to answer somebody else’s call.
Every plumber, every lawyer, and every good contractor has a short list of clients they’ll drop everything for. The people on that list are the ones who never made them chase a check.
So when it’s Sunday, something happens to your pipes, and you need the one guy who’s actually good, you’re either on that list or you’re leaving a voicemail.
I’d rather lose 30 days of float than lose that phone call. Pay fast, man. It’s the cheapest loyalty you’ll ever buy.

Don't mail your ballots at this point Colorado peeps. Gotta take them to the drop box. Or vote in person.
