Taking a page from ICE, deputies in Custer County disappeared a man for 10 days after entering his apartment without a warrant and beating him for no probable cause. The only problem to this unconstitutional action... is the man recorded officers without them knowing... and that evidence saved him from a felony.

"1. The Challenged Policies as a whole—the Benefits Hold Policy, the Global Asylum Hold Policy, the Comprehensive Re-Review Policy, and the
Country-Specific Factors Policy—are contrary to law and arbitrary and capricious in violation of 5 U.S.C. § 706(2)(A), (C). Therefore, the Challenged Policies are vacated and set aside pursuant to 5 U.S.C. § 706(2).
2. Partial final judgment shall enter in favor of Plaintiffs and against the Government on Counts I and II of Plaintiffs’ Complaint (ECF No. 1).

HELP US IDENTIFY WITNESSES IN FATAL HIT-AND-RUN CRASH
Douglas County Sheriff’s Office investigators are asking for the public’s help following a fatal crash that occurred at 10:30 a.m. in Highlands Ranch near Wildcat Reserve Parkway and Willowbridge Way.
The suspect has been located and arrested. However, investigators are still looking for anyone who may have witnessed the suspect’s driving behavior before the crash or observed events immediately after the crash in the area shown on the map.
Investigators are also seeking dash camera footage, doorbell camera video, and surveillance camera footage from homes or businesses in the area. They are only looking for video showing the truck pictured here.
Even if you think what you captured may not be important, it could provide valuable information to investigators.
