This. #MAB I haven't done my marking (~6 hours). I have had my pay cut by 50% for 37 days of May and June. "Luckily" I had three weeks of conferences and annual leave.

A thread about weekends during the #MAB. I am contracted for 35 hours a week, with the expectation that when needed, I will work more than that, in exchange for time off in lieu at another point. (Sometimes deadlines clump and you have to work extra.)
