You need as much shooting/shot creation as possible to maximize Giannis Antetokounmpo’s effectiveness/longevity as he pushes his mid-30’s.
They aren’t going to shoot 2% from 3 forever. But they still lack shot creation, and until they find some, they won’t get over the hump.

Going back to this, my concerns with Wiggins next to Bam/GA were always offense related. He’s not a good self creator, ballhandler or playmaker.
It was only going to work if he 1.) hits open shots and 2.) defends/rebounds. He hasn’t done that (yet), which could easily change.
In search of a long overdue first win, the Heat will get another opportunity to bounce back in a road matchup versus the Atlanta Hawks.

Bam has been very good player and citizen and franchise ambassador, but the better response last night would have been: "I'm not playing well enough and I need to play better."
Despite another masterful 29 points, 14 rebounds and 11 assists Giannis triple-double, the Heat have remained winless after dropping their fourth straight to the visiting Mavs.
