So apparently @stripe can permanently shut down your business overnight, freeze your funds, and refuse to give you a concrete explanation as to why.
This just happened to me.
After months of successfully processing payments with ZERO chargebacks or disputes, I suddenly received an email informing me that my business was considered "high risk" and could no longer be supported.
No warning. No explanation of what actually went wrong. No guidance on what could be done to fix it.
I submitted the requested documentation and appealed the decision, only to receive another generic response confirming my account would remain closed.
Now my business funds are inaccessible, with no guarantee of when they'll be released.
I completely understand that payment processors need to protect themselves against fraud, but how are businesses supposed to comply with rules when they aren't even told what they've supposedly violated?
The worst part is the lack of transparency. Every attempt to get clarification leads to another vague response.
Small business owners rely on these platforms to operate. A decision like this can seriously disrupt someone's livelihood.
I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm asking for a fair review, a meaningful explanation, and access to funds that are rightfully owed to my business.

Businesses shouldn't have to go public just to be heard.
Unfortunately, the review team behind @FNCreate does the same thing. They deny Fortnite maps for vague reasons. Developers resubmit, maps get approved, then months later face account bans over earlier denials that were approved by reviewers.
It’s hard to get review teams to be perfect in every field, including the Epic Games ecosystem.

My account got hit with a full publishing and monetization suspension over 3 sanctions, all citing repeated FNCS logo use in island thumbnails, going back to November 2025. The sanction itself gave zero details, I only found out it was about FNCS after going back and forth with email support for days.
I’ve gone through every current and archived thumbnail across all my islands and there is no FNCS logo anywhere. None of my maps have ever been rejected for an IP violation. The only recent issue was one map instantly denied by the AI copyright check over a royalty free audio track, which I removed and replaced immediately.
Pulling in a sanction from almost a year ago to justify a full account ban now isn’t fair either. And going straight to an account wide suspension instead of an island level review means I can’t even fix a violation if one actually exists, since I can’t publish anything while suspended.
