AN UPDATE I would like to propose that we convert the outstanding balance you owe us into Rand, based on the exchange rate at the time we concluded the transaction. We will then stick to that fixed Rand amount. For example, if the amount is R10,000, it will remain R10,000, regardless of any future changes in the value. This is because the value keeps fluctuating, and since we have not yet received the payment, we are losing both time and value on the amount. I hope we can agree on this arrangement. If this is difficult for you, I would kindly ask that you please settle the payment as soon as possible. If for example the rand value that time was 250 when we finished the transaction your calculations should be based on that Thank you for your understanding. Kind regards

1. As a woman I have benefited A LOT from patriarchy eg if I enter a room and there are 5 men and 1 chair, all 5 men will say I should sit. My clients love going to police stations and other law enforcement with me because they know the officers will be nice to me and that invariably means nicer treatment for them. Benefits of patriarchy. 2. Patriarchy is why I can ask a random man to help me reverse my car (🥲🥲don’t judge me, that is the worst part of driving), and he will gladly do it. I have never changed a Tyre in my life why? If I have a flat on the road, I won’t spend up to 5 minutes before a man will pull over and help me fix my spare for free. 3. Because of patriarchy, women like me in male dominated fields are treated like eggs. 10 criminal litigation lawyers, 9 are men, 1 is me. They will say “let the woman go first”, “a beautiful woman should not be stressed, who did you come to bail from cell?” Sharp sharp I don finish dey go. Even male judges joke with you more when you’re for eg the only female in court. 4. Clients pay more because they know a woman will make it easier for them. Client don ever add additional 200k to my fee because we went together when he was invited to SARS and he noticed how everyone was nice and he wasn’t maltreated because of my presence. Men (patriarchy) are always nice to me (a woman) and I have benefited more from patriarchy than actual men themselves 😂😂 It is women who are liabilities that complain of patriarchy.

Funny enough, Patriarchy was created to protect women and CONTROL men, but here we are in the modern era

This "Dr" Mwale disputing our specialist pathologists is a clinical officer who does embalming. He is no doctor and in terms of forensic pathology, not a person to be listened to over Drs Tomoka and Kamiza. Thank you for your attention on this matter. #Inquiry – at Malawi

Suppose 100 million usd enters Malawi in October. At an official exchange rate of MK1,733 per dollar, that translates to approximately MK173.3 billion. Under forward contracts, the kwacha equivalent could be as high as MK250 billion. But actually, this money is exchanged on the black market, where the same 100 million usd fetches MK400 billion. This raises important questions about monetary policy, liquidity and inflation. Where does the additional MK150 billion come from when foreign exchange is traded at these rates? Does this create additional money in circulation, or is existing liquidity simply changing hands? If new kwacha is created to finance these transactions, what are the implications for the money supply, inflation and the purchasing power of the kwacha? Ultimately, how does this affect the ordinary Malawian? When more kwacha chases the same goods and services, does it put further pressure on prices and weaken the purchasing power of our salaries? How does the Reserve Bank account for these transactions, and what does this mean for its efforts to control inflation and stabilise the kwacha? I am genuinely open to learning. I want to understand the mechanics of how these transactions affect the money in our economy and, ultimately, how far can an ordinary Malawian’s salary or whatever they earn from their hustles go?!
