Sui allowances are what make this possible. The owner signs once to give the agent's key a spending limit. It can be set per day, per week or any other period, with a total cap and an expiry date.
You also choose the most it can spend on a single bet.
Nothing is deposited. When the agent bets, it draws the USDC straight from the owner's wallet through that allowance, and Sui rejects anything over the limit.
Winnings can only go back to the owner, and the owner can pause or revoke it at any time.
Even if the agent misbehaves, the worst case is the limit you set.
