Scaling in further today. Todays shopping so far is: $GRSL.V - GR Silver Mining $SSV.V - Southern Silver Exploration $EXN.V - Excellon Resources Why? I consider they are currently most attractive for the coming daily upleg cycle. Most beaten down tend to have the most comeback torque aswell in my basket of miners. This rule doesnt apply to random beaten down stocks, it applies to those I hold and track and "know the best". In the basket of my directly leveraged stocks, these are top buys right now. Note: This is actions based for THIS INCOMING UPLEG CYCLE, not for the coming 6-12 months. #Silver

Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent, My name is Everett Stern. In 2010 I was a compliance officer at @HSBC. From a back office in New Castle, Delaware, I watched billions of dollars move to drug cartels, sanctioned regimes, and terrorist organizations. The enemies of the United States. I documented it, I escalated it, and when the bank would not act, I took it to the @FBI, the @CIA, and eventually the @SECGov. The result was a $1.92 billion settlement. At the time, it was one of the largest in American history. It was also about five weeks of the bank’s profit. Not one banker was charged. Not one went to prison. I paid a different price. I lost my career, my savings, and my place in the industry I had trained for. I was blacklisted. Every door in American finance closed at once. I slept on a camping cot in a 300 square foot apartment because I could not afford a bed, and I waited tables at @PFChangs to eat. I tell you this not for sympathy, but so you understand that I know exactly what it costs to do the right thing in American finance, and exactly how little the system does in return. I made that sacrifice because I believed it would change something. Yesterday, your department fined @BankofAmerica $1.2 billion for failing to report more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions, some of it tied by your own findings to Chinese laundering networks, narcotics, and the southwest border, alongside 475 apparent sanctions violations touching Russia, Iran, and global terrorism. The bank admitted it willfully violated the Bank Secrecy Act. Fourteen years after HSBC. A bank with “America” in its name. And once again, not one individual charged. Secretary Bessent, I want to say plainly what I believe you already know. The fines are not working. A fine is paid by shareholders, absorbed by the balance sheet, and forgotten by the next earnings call. Bank of America reported earnings this morning. Nobody who set the alert thresholds, nobody who decided the 2024 cease and desist could wait, nobody who chose the backlog over the law will lose a single thing they value. Their lives are untouched. That is the entire reason the behavior repeats. This is money laundering. This is blood money. Money that reaches a cartel buys fentanyl that kills Americans. Money that reaches a terrorist organization buys the next attack. This country has fought a war on drugs and a war on terror for decades, at enormous cost in lives and treasure, and all the while we have allowed the financing to flow through institutions we charter and regulate. Cut off the money and we win. We have never seriously tried. There is also a question of equal justice that I cannot let go. Before I walked into the FBI building to report HSBC, I stopped in front of the Great Seal on the wall and read the words engraved beneath it: “Justice is the defense of our liberty.” I believed that. I still want to. But every day in this country, people go to prison for crimes that are nothing next to moving money for the people who want Americans dead. A suit, a title, and a corporate badge should not be a shield from the consequences that apply to everyone else. If a street dealer goes to prison for what he sells, the banker who moved the cartel’s money should be standing next to him. I also want to raise something that is rarely said in these conversations. Why has no one inside Bank of America come forward the way I did? The answer is that everyone in American banking knows what happened to me, and to the whistleblowers who came after. The last person who spoke up is the only policy anyone believes. That is a culture problem, and it starts with leadership, in the banks and in the agencies that regulate them. This is not a political issue. It has spanned administrations of both parties. It is a national security issue, and I am asking you to treat it as one. Three things would change the math overnight. Refer individuals for criminal prosecution. Not the analyst in the queue. The executives who set the thresholds and chose the risk. One banker in handcuffs would do more than every fine in Treasury’s history combined. End “too big to jail.” An institution cannot be too big to fail and too big to jail at the same time. If it is the first, it must be held to a higher standard, not a lower one. And if Bank of America will not act as America’s bank, review its charter. A national charter is a privilege granted on behalf of the American people. It should be conditioned on not moving money for the people trying to kill them. Secretary Bessent, you said yesterday that these actions send a clear message that even the biggest institutions are not above the law. With respect, the institution was never the problem. The people inside it are above the law, and they know it. Until that changes, I will keep writing letters like this one, and the next bank will keep paying the next fine. I gave up everything I had to stop this. I am asking you to use the power you have to finish it. Respectfully, Everett A. Stern HSBC Whistleblower Founder and Intelligence Director, Tactical Rabbit

$SSV.V - Southern Silver Out of all #silver explorers Don been sitting on, he sold them all but one - that one was SOUTHERN SILVER EXPLORATION. That speaks for itself. (We can't count on AGA as a producer bought them). I understand why Don made an exception. It's not only one of my largest positions, its also one of the worlds top 10 largest undeveloped #silver deposits with top 3 highest grades and dreamy economics. Updated MRE and PEA incoming months ahead on a rising #silver tape. That's torque with triggers. Translated to #EASY #MONEY

Wanna maximize the next leg up in #Silver? Focus on: $SCZ.v - Santacruz Silver $AGX.V - Silver X Mining $HYMC - Hycroft Mining $GRSL.V - GR Silver Mining $SSV.V - Southern Silver Exploration Those are currently what I see can produce the best gains the next daily cycle, I've sized them all accordingly. If you wanna gamble, I believe the outsider lottoticket can be: Yes, the dog: $EQTY.V, Equity Metals Corp. C$20M enterprise value, based on a C$25M market cap at C$0.105 and C$5M in cash. That’s very cheap. The stock has fallen roughly -70% in two months following a disappointing, and somewhat misunderstood, updated MRE. Sentiment is terrible, the stock looks oversold, and selling appears increasingly exhausted. I can see a strong rebound toward C$0.160 or higher when #silver starts its next daily cycle up. It fell far too easily, and the recovery could be sharp once metals strengthen, algos switch direction, and sellers run out of ammunition. But this remains a gamble. I would still prioritise the quality names above. EQTY trades at approximately C$0.24 per silver-equivalent ounce, or C$0.52 per actual silver ounce. On those metrics, it looks like one of the cheapest names in the sector. In a tier one jurisdiction in Canada, thats normally a steal, (if economics can back it up). PEA expected Q1 2027. Insider buying has finally started at these levels. I also expect management to step up marketing efforts to repair some of the damage. Last I heard, analyst coverage was on the way. I also expect them to raise cash in Q1, so I would just play the next legup and then get out here. It can be an easy pop upwards as soon as metals turn. NOTE: This is a gable trade potential. Not a sound investment thesis. Im not a fan of $EQTY, but there are moments in time where trade setups can be appealing. This may be one. Im throwing it out here for that reason. My focus is size on the guys mentioned above.

#Silver We don't have to complicate it. We are looking for a bottom, and we are close. Whatever happens short term, I believe any entries made here will age well. The lower you get from here, the more upside you get on the bounceback. That bounce will take us worst case to around $65+, best case $75+. It depends where we bottom. I prefer to avoid "re-testing" $55, because if we do, I'm pretty sure we will break down and get a brutal flush to kill sentiment totally... Bulls window of stepping in and print a higher low is getting tigher and tighter here. Doesnt look good for sure. With that said, the winning entry window has started. Now its just a game of how close to the absolut bottom you get. As the closer you are, the more upside you get. Im heavily invested from here. As I dont wanna gamble to much with the perfection entry right now. I do have around 10% in cash which I plan to keep for a "worst case scenario" flush under $55. Those will go to go extreme overweight in $SCZ.v - Santacruz Silver in that case. Aiming for the 20% size area. From here on, the game left for me will be rotation between positions depending on opportunities offered. If I see stocks like Southern Silver, Silver X, GR Silver, HYMC (high leverage performers) sell off to much meanwhile some other of my holdings hold up better, the game will simply be to rotate capital from one stock to another. As the bounceback will offer most upside in them intermediately. Hang in there, this is the position window for "easy upside". When people are depressed and wants to sell it all, and talk about $40 silver, then its time to get agressive. Human nature! #silver

BREAKING NEWS: JUDY SHELTON HAS JOINED THE U.S. TREASURY DEPARTMENT AS COUNSELOR TO THE SECRETARY. Judy has spent decades thinking deeply about monetary policy, sound money, gold, and the architecture of the global financial system. To now see her bringing those ideas and that experience into discussions at the highest levels of the U.S. Treasury is incredibly exciting. My conversation with Judy on The Gold Telegraph will always be one of the highlights of my career. Beyond her extraordinary intellect, she is thoughtful, gracious, and deeply committed to the ideas she believes in. Full documentary: youtu.be/USGjSU5yXh8?si=999H… Congratulations, my friend. How can I have almost 24 000 followers and only get 89 reposts on this great work? Atleast step the game up sometimes and help out with some interaction and reposts! 👊🏽 I’m dissapointed!
🚨Four #Silver charts that I like A LOT right now and my thoughts: #1 - $SSV.v - Southern Silver Exploration: After an +80% move off the lows, $SSV began its daily cycle correction. Following a roughly -21.5% pullback, we are now seeing a bounce off RSI support, along with other signals suggesting that the daily cycle low is in and another upleg is about to begin. $SSV is slowly breaking out of its #BullFlag (right under "resistance"), while the indicators are signalling intermediate upside ahead. In the end, #Silver decides, but this is a very sexy entry, and we could see $0.80 to $0.90 in September or early October. I’m being defensive here, so that’s “only” 25% to 45% upside. But hey, who says no to that? ---------------------------------------- #2 - $GRSL.v - GR Silver Mining Just like $SSV, $GRSL looks very sexy and ready for another daily cycle upleg here. $GRSL recently ran +60% in 22 days and has since corrected by around -20%. What’s especially attractive here is that $GRSL remains within its #BullFlag (also bullflagging under resistance) and is only +4% above the low of this bullish correction. That means it offers more upside potential than many of its *performance peers*, many of which have already bounced +10% to +15% from their lows. I've sized up GR Silver during recent pullback and you basically get the same entry as me here... As I sized up at $0.380 :) ---------------------------------------- #3 - $AGX.v - Silver X Mining $AGX is one of my absolute favorite plays for the next 12 to 18 months in the junior #Silver producer space. The company continues to improve quarter after quarter and delivers time after time. The share price has reflected that strength, and honestly, because I want even more shares, I’m slightly annoyed that it continues to perform so incredibly well. A +1120% move in fewer than 300 days from the May 2025 lows was extremely #sexy. When I saw $AGX correct by almost -65% during the recent market downturn while its quarterly reports kept improving and impressing, I had no choice but to make it one of my top three positions by size for the coming leg higher. It started well, with an +81.5% move from the lows. I basically printed money after loading up near the bottom with an #oversize position. I took profits between $0.92 and $0.97 and hoped to buy back below $0.80, with something close to $0.72 being my ideal, although wishful, target. However, the significant strength appears to have established the low at around $0.85, so I had no choice but to redeploy capital at $0.92 this last week. Regarding the chart, there are plenty of sexy things to highlight, but what really caught my eye is that $AGX reclaimed the trendline dating back to May 2025, which supported the entire 1,120% move. It then retested that trendline, bounced perfectly, and started climbing again. Even sexier is that $AGX finally reclaimed its 50, 100, and 200-day moving averages back in August. The last time this happened was in June 2025, and what followed was a +650% move over the next 200 days. Christmas will come early for Silver X Mining shareholders, and if you don’t own it during a #BullRun in #Silver, then you are not APE-APPROVED! ---------------------------------------- #4 - $SCZ.v - Santacruz Silver Obviously, I can’t leave one of the absolute best plays in the precious #metals world out of this post. #Santacruz printed more than +1,500% in fewer than 300 days during the previous leg up. That was followed by a -66% drawdown, which eventually bottomed through a fantastic double bottom. I was very vocal around the lows in Santacruz, and I hope you guys listened. My average entry is around $8.60 after loading up near the bottom, with the low coming in around $7.90. Since then, #SCZ has rallied +85% and delivered huge gains. It then corrected by -15% and appeared to be heading even lower. However, influential investors in the sector started recognizing its value, while recent newsletter recommendations sent $SCZ into overperformance mode, and rightfully so. $SCZ became oversold during the correction because investors ignored the fact that close to 40% of the company’s production comes from #zinc. That zinc exposure helped offset the declining profits from #silver production during the major silver drawdown, as zinc continued printing new ATHs. We can thank liquidity providers and algorithms for giving us cheap shares in what may be the best junior producer out there. I reduced my $SCZ position at around $14, taking it from more than 15% of my portfolio to closer to 10%. I had to lock in some profits after gaining roughly +63% in just a few weeks. I was hoping to size back up following a -20% correction, but that idea was disrupted by investors finally waking up to the value and a recent buy recommendation from a huge investment community. Nevertheless, the company remains an oversized allocation of more than 10% and a top-five holding in my portfolio for good reason. Santacruz may become a leader during round two of this #Silver rally. My game plan is simple: any meaningful correction, and $SCZ will go from a top-five position by size to one of my top one or two holdings again. I love this company, and it is probably the best fundamental play among all my oversized holdings right now. #EASY #BUY / #HOLD. ---------------------------------------- $SSV.V - Southern Silver Exploration is currently my largest position in the portfolio for the coming 6 months (Chart #1 of this post): Why? * Top-10 largest undeveloped #silver deposit globally * Top-three highest #silver grade among the world’s 10 largest undeveloped #silver deposits * Over 300Moz AgEq at approximately 256g/t AgEq * Valued at only US$0.60 per AgEq ounce (High-grade silver peer average: approximately US$4.46/oz) * Cashed up and funded for its near-term work * 12,500-metre drilling program underway right now, meaning plenty of assay newsflow ahead Most important: Monster triggers ahead in form of an updated MRE targeted for Q3 2026 and updated PEA targeted for Q4 2026-Q1 2027. When one of the world’s best undeveloped #Silver deposits lines up multiple major catalysts within a six-month window, you get world-class scale, exceptional grades and value-creating newsflow converging on one deeply undervalued monster asset. Now add rising #Silver prices....That is a powerful recipe for making money. #PRESS #THE #BUTTON. ---------------------------------------- Feel free to repost and help more precious-metals investors discover genuinely strong stocks in this sector. Win-win investments benefit us all, unlike “gurus” who rug-pull retail investors for their own short-term gains by promoting garbage companies.👊 #SILVER #MINING #STOCKS Cheers, APE

🚨 JAPAN IS DOING EVERYTHING IT CAN TO SAVE ITS BOND MARKET FROM A CRISIS Japan's Finance Ministry is now planning tax breaks for citizens who buy government bonds, according to a new proposal for fiscal 2027. The Bank of Japan used to buy most of Japan's debt. It has been slashing those purchases since 2024, and now there's a real gap forming. Households currently hold just 2% of Japanese government bonds. The Bank of Japan holds roughly 50%. Banks and other institutions hold about 40%. The plan would add government bonds to the New NISA, the country's tax free investment program, and would be included in the fiscal 2027 tax reform proposals due at the end of August. Some lawmakers even want inheritance tax relief on these bonds, but there is pushback over giving bonds special treatment other investments don't get. Long term Japanese bond yields are already at levels not seen in decades. If ordinary citizens don't step in to fill the gap, Japan may struggle to keep funding its own government debt.

There's no doubt in my mind that we'll have a mania in gold. And because the gold and especially silver markets are so tiny, the rush into them will be like trying to push the contents of Hoover Dam through a garden hose. Our positions will go absolutely ballistic. -Doug Casey 😃 #Gold #Silver 🔥
Lets do some Math Global Private wealth is estimated to be $350T The estimated investment is 2% in Gold @RayDalio is suggesting 15%. (in my view that is still conservative but lets play along) Lets say 2% goes to only 3% (forget 15%) That means $3.5T has to move to Gold Annual demand for Gold today is 3500Tonnes valued at $0.5T. so 7 Times annual demand will need to be satisfied. All available above ground Gold is worth about $35T So a 10% demand on existing Gold means Gold mvoes to maybe $15-20K (nobody really knows) And remember we just went 2% to 3%. Have Gold ?? @JanGold_ @KingKong9888 @riteshmjn @LukeGromen @goldtelegraph @GOLDCOUNCIL @IGWTreport @gold @Macrobysunil

I had a few requests to add some Silver Miners to the original question posed to AI about what the miners might do if the Silver price went to $200. So a number of them are added. See below. The Updated Absolute Leverage Hierarchy ($200 Silver Scenario) TIER 1: MULTI-BAGGER OPTION PLAYS (Highest Potential Percentage Gains) Honey Badger Silver (TUF.V) – Sub-$10M micro-cap explorer; provides the ultimate math-driven percentage multiplier on pure ground optionality. Aftermath Silver (AAG.V) – [NEW ENTRY] Huge unhedged, unmined silver-copper resource base in South America. A perfect proxy for a long-dated leveraged call option. Southern Silver Exploration (SSV.V) – 303M oz resource giant; functions as an institutional buyout target when the cost of acquiring proven ounces turns desperate. Hycroft Mining (HYMC) – Generational 562M oz US vault; low grades become highly economic, amplified by intense retail meme momentum. Excellon Resources (EXN) – [NEW ENTRY] Transitioning out of structural debt via first production at its Mallay mine; a highly explosive restructuring play. TIER 2: HIGH-TORQUE DEVELOPERS (Massive Rerating Power) Silver One Resources (SVE.V) – 30M oz sitting ready on surface leach pads; ultra-low CapEx to monetize an immediate surface rocket. Blackrock Silver (BRC.V) – High-grade advanced Nevada project; small footprint allows rapid valuation catch-up. Outcrop Silver & Gold (OCG) – [NEW ENTRY] Elite high-grade exploration footprint at Santa Ana. Severely uncompressed valuation shifts directly into multi-bagger territory. New Pacific Metals (NEWP) – [NEW ENTRY] Controlling an enormous asset base of ~500M silver-equivalent ounces in Bolivia. At $200 silver, its after-tax NPV explodes past $5 B. GR Silver (GRSL) – [NEW ENTRY] Micro-cap explorer holding massive district-scale optionality in Sinaloa, Mexico. Under a parabolic move, its severely beaten-down valuation catch-up is explosive. Andean Silver (ADSLF) – [NEW ENTRY] Exploding 136M oz Ag Eq footprint at Cerro Bayo on the ASX. Combines a ready mill with rapid development velocity. Kuya Silver (KUYA) – [NEW ENTRY] High-grade asset-level optionality at Bethania. Its small float and high beta deliver rapid re-rating power. Silver Tiger Metals (CTG) – [NEW ENTRY] Elite-grade El Tigre developer asset in Mexico. The project shifts from a premium discovery story into a massive economic package. Vizsla Silver (VZLA) – Top-tier developer near construction with an incredible underlying IRR profile. TIER 3: RECENT & RAMPING PRODUCERS (Operating Margin Explosions) Silver Storm Mining (SVRS) – Micro-cap that recently shipped its first concentrates from the La Parrilla complex; its 80% silver purity profile offers maximum unhedged price exposure. Bunker Hill Mining (BNKR) – [NEW ENTRY] Ramping its commercial facility in Idaho with a clean, stream-free balance sheet. Highly reactive to near-term silver margin expansions. Silver Mountain Resources (AGMR) – [NEW ENTRY] Advancing a clean, debt-free balance sheet toward commercial operations at the Reliquias mine. It offers an exceptional operational beta profile as it transitions into a cash-flow generator. Silver X Mining (AGX) – [NEW ENTRY] High-beta Peruvian junior miner executing a massive multi-fold organic production ramp. Impact Silver (IPT) – [NEW ENTRY] Classic high-cost, high-leverage pure silver play in Mexico. At $30 silver it scrapes by, but at $200 silver its underlying operational margins experience a dramatic vertical explosion. Andean Precious Metals (APM) – [NEW ENTRY] Massive revenue generator out of Bolivia. Cash flow prints wildly on higher pricing, but its $1B base capitalization dampens pure multi-bagger alpha. Guanajuato Silver (GSVR) – Junior Mexican producer with high silver purity that rapidly pivots into vertical profit swings during an upscale move. Americas Gold & Silver (USAS) - Immediate turnaround assets with deep operational torque. Avino (ASM) – Immediate turnaround assets with deep operational torque. TIER 4: ESTABLISHED MID-CAPS & SENIORS (Most Dollar Volume, Lower % Return) First Majestic (AG) – The undisputed retail trading king; captures massive liquidity inflows and commands a high beta premium. Highlander Silver (HSLV) – [NEW ENTRY] Massive consolidation with Bear Creek creates a $1.2B institutional giant. World-class assets, but equity expansion limits vertical percentage upside. Endeavour Silver (EXK) – Ramping aggressively up to a guided 14.6–15.6 million AgEq ounces via Terronera and Pitarrilla optionality. GoGold Resources (GGD) – [NEW ENTRY] Highly liquid mid-cap anchor with the world-class Los Ricos asset base. Exceptional structural floor, but its larger capitalization dampens pure multi-bagger percentage upside. Aya Gold & Silver (AYA) – Pure-play champion with exceptional grades; trades at a persistent premium which caps its vertical percentage upside. Santacruz Silver (SCZ.V) – Inexpensive polymetallic producer with massive volume leverage. Silvercorp Metals (SVM) – Fortress value anchor; high cash generation but lower volatility due to extensive base metal byproduct cushions. Hochschild Mining (HOC.L) – [NEW ENTRY] Institutional mid-tier powerhouse in Peru/Brazil; scales incredibly well on free cash flow metrics, but its multi-billion dollar framework anchors its multi-bagger percentage ceiling. Discovery Mining (DSV) – Large-scale producer heavily insulated by its structural gold revenues. Pan American Silver (PAAS) – Institutional bellwether; immense daily dollar volume capacity but carries a low percentage growth ceiling. Fresnillo (FRES.L) – [NEW ENTRY] The absolute global institutional juggernaut. While it absorbs trillions in structural index capital inflows, its scale limits it to lowest-tier percentage growth.

My top 5: $SSV.v - Southern Silver Exploration $SCZ.v - Santacruz Silver $PGE.v - Stillwater Critical Minerals $AGX.v - Silver X Mining $GRSL.v - GR Silver Mining I expect massive gains over time in these guys. But as always in this sector there will be corrections and swingy along the way. Most of these guys are now +50% from the lows where I went overweight. Now some massive profits have been locked in. And even with profits locked in, these guys are still bigger in $$$$$$ size than they were 7 days ago. 🙊 Thats #SEXY. Hoping to get some correction soon where I can take advantage of the dip, but if not, I welcome further upside as long as possible, as I’m heavily exposed. IMO, life can’t go wrong if these 5 are top sizes in any portfolio out there. You just need to know when they should be core sized and #OVERWEIGHT SIZE to massively outperform others;)
