(no glaze) Why do you think our emails are unmatched in the ecom space? Genuinely, the sauce is so simple (and I'm sharing everything cuz I know most will never use it lol): 1- Make a mini brand book. Most brands have a generic brand book, if they even have one. So you gotta do your own research and figure out what actually fits their aesthetic. 2- The content of your emails (aka the copy) should be good in the first place LOL. 3- USE YOUR FREAKIN BRAIN WHEN DESIGNING. Most owners, marketers, and even designers I've worked with or seen just copy templates and random effects without even reading the email copy. Once you actually spend time reading the copy and understanding the message, you can start designing around it. Tweak the copy to focus on the emotions. Use effects that amplify those emotions. Make every design decision serve the message. That's genuinely the only sauce behind S-tier emails. In my humble and very accurate opinion, you should check out HalalMails to up your email game. We're giving qualified brands 3 BFCM email campaigns on the house :)

BFCM SERIES #1 Remember this crazy email we did last year? It freaking PRINTED. The design obviously helped... BUT THE REAL SAUCE? THE TIERS. Tested across multiple brands. Works like a charm. And the obv trick is... Make it visually interesting enough that people actually WANT to read it lol Black friday is on the door, if you want to get your emails together, IT"S NOW.

I usually don't like to bore you with numbers... but THIS IS FREAKING IMPORTANT. BLACK FRIDAY IS LITERALLY AT THE DOOR. If you could invest in ONE email flow make it POST-PURCHASE. Why? Cuz it's literally ZERO new acquisition cost. They ALREADY bought from you. so no spend to acquire them again. Aaand we discovered the sauce that made THAT ONE flow generate revenue equal to 55% of ALL our other flows COMBINED. This is something we've never shared before... Our signature 7 to 9-EMAIL POST-PURCHASE SETUP. If you own a brand, DM me. We'll spill all the sauce. (And show you the designs too ofc)

Niche topics that still convert 1/3 to 1/2 of everyone who clicks, at full margin >>>>>> Email is cheap, so why send less? I’d rather send more and speak to a different person each time Every buyer has a list of objections, the reasons they haven’t bought yet So instead of guessing which one matters most, I rotate through all of them, one objection per email Most people feel a few of them, but there’s always that one that hits hardest, and that’s the email they convert on 90% of what I send is educational, by the way Turns out there are a lot more ways to make money from email than running a sale 👇

Reminder: The better your product looks, the more potential the design has. And another reminder: Respect the emotion of each brand. Don't use a freaking male gym template for a massage brand. Stop slacking. Build custom emails.

you probably suck at educational emails. because you’re trying too hard to “educate.” screw that. they just need to finish the email feeling like buying this isnt a dumb decision. and THIS is where design becomes a secret weapon: -transitions that gets them to scroll -little visual elements that reward the scroll not just product shot. text. product shot. text. actually design it. HALAL MAILS does that btw 😉

Everyone wants the secret prompt. There isn't one. Good img gen comes from having a generation system. and that starts before you type anything. for me, i think through 3 things: Emotion — what should the image feel like? Reference — what existing visual already gets close to that feeling/composition? Execution — describe the subject, its state, the composition, the details, the environment and the lens. In this example the idea was "unlocked." The ropes communicate being tied/blocked. The reference already gave me most of the visual language. So the actual prompting didn't need to be complicated. Prompting is the last 20%. Training your eye is the hard part.
