Already above the 30% attribution mark from emails, aiming for 40% attribution for this brand after implementing some funnels

Niche topics that still convert 1/3 to 1/2 of everyone who clicks, at full margin >>>>>>
Email is cheap, so why send less? I’d rather send more and speak to a different person each time
Every buyer has a list of objections, the reasons they haven’t bought yet
So instead of guessing which one matters most, I rotate through all of them, one objection per email
Most people feel a few of them, but there’s always that one that hits hardest, and that’s the email they convert on
90% of what I send is educational, by the way
Turns out there are a lot more ways to make money from email than running a sale 👇

you probably suck at educational emails.
because you’re trying too hard to “educate.”
screw that.
they just need to finish the email feeling like buying this isnt a dumb decision.
and THIS is where design becomes a secret weapon:
-transitions that gets them to scroll
-little visual elements that reward the scroll
not just product shot. text. product shot. text.
actually design it.
HALAL MAILS does that btw 😉

Ecom owners became delusional...
they send you ONE product image on a white background
and expect you to make masterpiece emails 😭
(we can do it tho so no problem lol)

I’ve been telling myself “I’ll start posting content soon” for months
Running my clients’ Klaviyo accounts ate every hour. No time and no clue on how to make content that actually works
I finally did it. First ever Instagram Reel

The most expensive shortcut in email marketing is buying a list
I took over a sport ecom brand with:
• Deliverability score: 35
• Open rate: 10%
• Emails landing in spam
The root cause: they'd bought a list 2 years earlier
Contacts didn't know the brand. Some marked it as spam the first time they saw the email.
Mailbox providers watched those complaints and dropped the sender reputation
Even the real, opted-in subscribers stopped seeing the brand's emails
We rebuilt their entire deliverability from scratch. Score went from 35 to 80. Email revenue went from $4K to $211K+ in couple months
The purchased list didn't contribute a dollar to that number
If you need more subscribers, run a giveaway, build a lead magnet, optimize your popup
The cheapest way to grow a list looks like buying one.
The most expensive way is dealing with what comes after
