It’s that time of year 😅 best thing I’ve done for myself since my NQT. Includes cards in case something pops up, spare cash in case of a staff birthday/leaving, spare battery for car fob, spare lunches, emergency drinks, stuff to battle off the winter cold

Since my NQT year Ive had an emergency box. In my cupboard I have a stash locked away of things I’d need if I forgot lunch/had a parents Eve/ have to stay late/ general supplies/emergency biscuits if someone had a bad day. Got to do my restock tomorrow (here’s last years)

Honestly some results days are just magic. Vicky Pinkney Principal ⁦@HettonAcademy⁩ where 79% got grade 4 maths or above compared with England average of 72%. To put that in context County Durham 67% Surrey 80%. A north east school with 45% free school meals smashing it
