Same with the immediate clearance and release of over 300 containers of electrical and power equipment that had been stranded at Nigerian ports for 14 to 20 years. I almost shed a tear when I heard that news, those containers have been stranded at the ports since OBJ days.
Read that again. 20 year pension backlog, NOT 4 years! Some people will not understand the accumulated problem this man is trying to resolve. Yet opposition will mischievously ask, "Tell me one thing this man has done" If this alone doesn't count as substantial enough, then you're a demon.

@UtomiPat @ayomairoese @ruffydfire - haters and sadists will ask how does it affect common man as if those whose pension was paid are not common people. Bunch of morons

Even after introducing d contributory scheme in 2004, govt failed to clear all the inherited debts. Fool, will just be talking. FYI the 758 billion naira pension bond has cleared inherited liabilities with som future pension payments funded through December 2029. Obi jnr, dullard

The topic is about owed pensions dating back to 2007 Your argument is about corporate workers not being able to afford to save. That is completely irrelevant in this case We’re talking about retired workers whose gratuities weren’t paid for almost 20 years!!! Past administrations didn’t pay Pensioners, this administration just cleared the backlog, is that a good news or not?!

957,045 Pensioners didn’t get their pensions for almost 20 years Tinubu came and paid them. These are average Nigerians that served their fatherland but previous administration never paid their dues @festus90940, @jenniephare I’m sure you guys will probably curse Tinubu again for this, but read the numbers again, almost a million Pensioners didn’t get paid for almost 20’years. When you ask why I support this administration, this is one of the reasons.

I would like to think you have the ability to think critically. If you were observing someone raising her mixed-ethnicity children the same way your mum raised you and your sister, wouldn’t you be concerned that there might be a fundamental problem with that approach to parenting
