IT HAPPENED. Finnish hamburger chain opened in the heart of Matera, the UNESCO World Heritage site that has been populated since the Neolithic era. Italian gourmands can finally sample the special orange sauce that is powering Hesburger’s global expansion!!

"Your technology sucks and also you stole it from me" is the type of super rad position that I love to see in the crypto space.
Zcash is not only the first ZK implementation used in the real world, but it also features the first protocol to undergo formal verification.
That protocol is Ironwood.
At this moment, Ironwood protects more than 4 million ZEC. That is, 5 billion dollars.
Zcash is arguably the most secure protocol for holding cryptocurrency. (Take a look at all the preparation for the quantum era.)
New on our Frontier Red Team blog: using Claude to formally verify software at large scale.
Formal verification can prove that code is free of certain bugs, but historically it has only been feasible for small codebases (or required a lot of expert time).
With AI models, however, this is beginning to change. In collaboration with @theoremlabs, we used Claude to prove security properties in over one hundred real-world open-source libraries over the span of a few weeks.

i’m sorry that your warrantless surveillance regime was built on the assumption that people would never discover every single backdoor you put into their applications

We formally verified 123 open-source projects in a partnership with Anthropic. Formal verification at scale is here!
Now we’re launching OSS Verify to scale it to the software we all depend on. We prove it’s crash-free or send you the patches it needs. Free for open-source. Let’s bootstrap the verified software ecosystem: theorem.dev/oss-verify
