Sometimes I think the offense would be better off if Aubrey’s career long was 50 yards
It probably doesn't matter, but why wouldn't Brian Schottenheimer try to get actual yards there if he had a timeout? He undoubtedly would've let Aubrey try from 65 just as much as from 61. So why not try to make it a more normal distance?

Not sure why it seemingly took a national media discussion about Schottenheimer’s run/pass balance to make the run game a focal point last night. But going back to last season, good things seem to happen when they do.

Only way you should lose this game is if you give Philly gifts, like a penalty on a desperation fourth-and-go.

OK, that Patriots touchdown was pretty much on par with “How did the Ravens get in field goal range in six seconds?”

Run defense looks solid, but 4-for-4 on third down (2-for-2 on “very” third down) is rough

The Cowboys need to score at least 25 points tonight. Why? Because they have lost 16 of their last 17 when scoring under 25 (Beat Philly last year 24-21)

On what planet do the Rams start 2-4 with a fairly healthy team. This league never fails to surprise me

Could 8 wins actually take this division?
Jaguars 19, Eagles 17. A heartbreaking loss for a resilient Eagles team. Eagles fall to 2-3.

I like the commitment to Javonte anywhere near the goal line. I do not like fade routes unless maybe when they went to Randy Moss 20 years ago.

Field goals not winning this game until the defense tightens up in a hurry

As long as I covered the Cowboys they were a build-through-the-draft organization. Not saying they don’t value picks anymore, but wow. The front office isn’t playing around. These are definitively win-now moves. Porter’s an awesome talent.
