Seeing quite a few people who were previously rejected for SBI cards due to overleveraging getting instantly rejected for the new Eternal SBI Card (Zomato), while a few others are getting approved too. It's a hit and miss. 👀
But here's the catch. Once rejected, you may have to wait 3 months before applying for another SBI card, potentially ruling yourself out of the upcoming Air India SBI Card during that window.
IMO, if you're specifically waiting for the Air India card, it makes more sense to wait and try your luck with that rather than risk a rejection now.
Of course, everyone can follow their own strategy. There's no right or wrong here.
But both are co branded SBI cards, so if the underlying issue is the same, why not wait for the Air India card you're actually interested in? 👀
The email directs customers to the Easy Access Savings Account charges chart, which mentions a maximum penalty of ₹600.
However, when you select the Burgundy Savings Account from the dropdown, the charges listed are NIL.
So which one actually applies to Burgundy customers? Typical 🪓s
