When you call out my name, That's how I know that we cry the same tears And we feel the same pain When you call out my name, Oh, now I know that we share the same sun And we sing in the same rain, saying hello on your crescent Man in the moon 🌕

Just because you consider someone in everything you do doesn’t mean they’ll extend that same consideration to you.

College education trains you to follow instructions written in the curriculum and parroted by a lecturer. Wisdom, creativity and critical thinking are products of self-education. That is why most educated people nowadays are idiots.

The privilege of being able to say "I am loved at home" is something I will never take for granted. Home will always be my safe space because I know I am loved there ❤️

One thing I never forget is that, soft as he appears, to make it that far up in as muddy waters as Kenyan politics, any man must be unbelievably ruthless and dangerously competitive at the core. I respect, however, his decision to not have to wave that around as he moves.

Irungu Kang’ata: I am running for re-election. I am not ready to take them (Alice Wahome and Betty Maina) on. It’s about issues, I am ready to fight poverty. I never go to any political contest to fight with anyone. Mine is not a competition; it is a mission. Whoever comes, I treat that person with a lot of respect. If they have a better manifesto, why not? We are not 100%; we have our own weaknesses. We hope whatever little we have done can move Murang’a miles ahead #JKLive
