Zohran Mamdani is a Trojan horse for Obama and the Islamic takeover of America “Great GPS tracking information — Zohran Mamdani — appears to have been at Barack Obama's place in Washington, D.C. twice in just 6 weeks. Who else was there? Leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood” “And if you don't know who they are, you might want to study up on their history. They've been outlawed in Egypt, Syria, Russia, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain, Jordan, and, oh, Austria under their anti terrorism laws. So yeah, just those guys and what appears to be a couple of Iranian operatives, both who are linked to Maajid Farani because they met with him in Venezuela last summer. So sure, this is going to go great for New York City about the way it's gone for the US since Obama was president, but on steroids.” Zohran Mamdani now has a 90% chance of winning New York Mayor election Charlie Kirk said the Left would use Islam to bring down America. This is exactly what they are doing

The Democratic Party as we know it is officially DEAD. What just went down in the New York primaries wasn't an election—it was a coordinated, hostile takeover. While everyone was laughing at Bernie Sanders memes, a radical group exploded from 6,000 to over 100,000 members, quietly infiltrating city councils, school boards, and now... Congress. They aren't launching a third party; they are dismantling the establishment from within using a chilling strategy called "entryism." Watch the first 10 seconds to see the exact moment power shifted, because what they have planned for 2028 changes everything... Watch the full episode on my YT channel! Link is in the comments ⬇️

I will say it again: in the West today, elections are no longer won on ideas or the quality of politicians; they are won by engineering the electorate itself. Abdul El-Sayed is rising in prominence, and Zohran Mamdani won in New York, the very city of 9/11. In Minneapolis, people celebrate the re-election of Ilhan Omar, but many of these voters do not prioritize America. Their loyalty lies elsewhere. The peak of this trajectory is what we now see in France, where being Western and part of the traditional fabric of the nation is no longer enough to win elections. Demographic shifting has done serious, structural damage. In the United States, Donald Trump is giving absolutely everything he has to halt this decay. Yet, the opposition rejects him out of spite. They label Trump a bad human being for pursuing what should be universal goals: secure borders, robust economic growth, and global peace. They would rather spite a great man than save their own country.

.@MIT What are you doing about this?
🤯🤬 “I may just try to get some $$…” “…I saw that a girl sued NYU for one racist comment and got 2 million dollars…” “But honestly maybe I’d rather get grants and paper acceptances than money…” —MIT’s MeToo hoaxers Dr. Kristin Knouse and Izabella Pena discuss the anticipated spoils of their war against David Sabatini at MIT: Pena hoped for a cash payout of some kind while Knouse wanted career favors she hadn’t earned. (It’s also interesting how Knouse seemed intent on blaming Sabatini for her own stalling career and lack of productivity, despite the fact that he seemed to have bent over backward trying to offer mentorship and emotional support, no strings attached.)

Another great interview. I can’t laud Bill Ackman enough for his patience and grace throughout these conversations. These questions really highlight the gap between those classically trained in finance and the talking heads. Asset prices reflect conditional values under rational expectations. The reason mortgage markets will be safer and sounder with the GSEs privatized is that the market will finally be allowed to behave rationally. As long as $FNMA and $FMCC remain in conservatorship, they are trapped by the political whims of whichever party is in power. That broad range of outcomes creates unnecessary uncertainty, which ultimately gets baked right into mortgage spreads.

An important read on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and the political implications of Democratic Party control of the two companies.
These comments deserve far more attention. The 18 year old conservatorship of $FNMA and $FMCC poses a long term risk to the housing market. @BillAckman highlighted these issues recently. He warned that leaving the GSEs in limbo leaves them vulnerable to inefficiency and political weaponization. At the risk of going into too much detail here is a synopsis or his talking points and perhaps a few of my own: Political Weaponization: F2 have a very large war chest and an indefinite conservatorship leaves trillions of dollars in cash generating mortgage capacity under absolute bureaucratic control. A change in administration can instantly weaponize this control to push social and political agendas, shifting the GSEs from neutral market utilities to partisan tools. Distorting credit allocations: When the federal government controls the flow of capital, mortgage access can be manipulated based on political favoritism rather than merit. It has been pointed out that using Fannie and Freddie to grant mortgages on highly favorable, non-economic terms creates massive structural instability. The spectre of the GFC: This exact dynamic precipitated the original 2007–2008 financial crisis. Prior to the crash, HUD progressively raised affordable housing quotas for the GSEs, forcing them to absorb toxic, unqualified loans to satisfy political homeownership agendas. Keeping them in conservatorship preserves the exact mechanism that allowed that crisis to happen. Spreads are historically wide: Currently, the spread between the 30 year mortgage rate and the 10-year U.S. Treasury yield is highly elevated; sitting near 215 to 217 basis points, well above the historical average of ~150 basis points. This massive gap heavily penalizes everyday homebuyers with higher borrowing costs. The fact that spreads are wider than before the GFC dispels the notion that conservatorship suppresses the spreads. An explicit line of credit backstop may be more effective. Government overreach widens the gap: Policy interventions such as mandates that alter mortgage callability or complicate refinancing rules increase risk premiums for MBS investors. This added policy uncertainty drives up the yields investors demand, directly widening mortgage spreads. Separately, nonpecuniary aspects like eleveated rates/duration risk up this demand and have nothing to do with F2. Privatization can actually remove uncertainty: Formalizing privatization, acknowledging the GSEs' massive capital buffers, and executing a structured exit would eliminate the "political risk premium" hanging over the MBS market. Restoring the GSEs to the private market under fixed capital guidelines is the most direct path to compressing today’s bloated spreads. The bailout is repaid: The narrative that Fannie and Freddie are a liability to the taxpayer is completely false. While the government injected $191 billion during the crisis, the GSEs have paid back over $301 billion to the Treasury. Unlocking 100s of billions in value: Rather than a rushed IPO that risks destabilizing the market, the administration can immediately exercise its warrants for a 79.9% common stock stake (Subject to the SPS/LP repayment stated above) and relist the companies on the New York Stock Exchange. This "walk before you run" strategy would safely remove roughly $8 trillion in liabilities from the federal balance sheet while netting taxpayers a massive "mark-to-market" windfall.

What a disaster. If anyone deserves to lose a leadership position, it is Sen John Thune. He absolutely is the worst Senator Republican leader ever. He has zero courage and no will to win anything.

1.5 SECONDS. That's how quickly Neuralink's Next-Gen R1 surgical robot can insert a tiny electrode thread into the brain. These threads are thinner than a human hair. The robot maps the brain's surface, avoids blood vessels, and places them with precision that human hands can't match. The implant they connect to is already helping people with paralysis control computers and interact with the world through their thoughts. Tiny threads. Incredible precision. And a chance for people to do things their bodies no longer allow them to do. @Neuralink / Writer: Annette, Designer: Janné

Big victory for the Muslim Brotherhood today. It’s only downhill for America from here. Do not listen to people who gaslight you and tell you everything will be ok for you and your family. America is going to experience massive amounts of political violence and social unrest. People telling you to stay positive are gaslighting you. America is on track to being a communist country. Be optimistic at your own demise.

Ted Cruz predicts Democrats will go after Trump and his family, impeach Pete Hegseth, and BLOCK any Supreme Court pick for two years. Get ready for two years of “all-out partisan war.” CRUZ: “I think Schumer and the Democrats will just halt all judges, which means if we have a Supreme Court vacancy, I think they’ll keep the vacancy open for two years.” “I don’t think they care because their base is that radicalized.” “I think we will also see two years of relentless impeachment. I believe the House will impeach Donald Trump if they have the House. They may impeach him multiple times.” “We will see subpoenas. We will see investigations. I think they will go after President Trump. I think they will go after his family. I think they will go after cabinet members.” “I expect in the lame duck we will see an impeachment of Pete Hegseth.”
