“Get fucked” is always an appropriate response to someone who tells you your dreams are too big.
They’re too big for them, not too big for you.
Here in India, a certain class of people get literally angry after hearing our quotes as if building a brand is like grocery shopping.
So many kids these days are just chasing $10K MRR with their agencies.
I mean why are y'all having the same goal?
Why are we chasing a specific number here?
Why ain't nobody talking about being the best? Working with XYZ clients? Opening an office in X location?
Hiring for business development roles from all over the globe.
Competitive pay + good commissions.

Can envision Ai Agent reaching out to prospects, Ai agent replying to Ai agents to get the SOW in place, both Agents will negotiate & close deals on behalf of respective companies.
Hey @grok ,
How many CPG brands are there in the US doing $2M to $50M in revenue?
These days I'm basically always hiring.
We're growing fast at @brandingsorted, so a big part of my week is going through CVs, portfolios and interviews. What we're building needs a lot of talent.
The plan is simple. Hire the right people, train them well, then get out of their way and let them do their magic.
If you're in Mumbai and you're a:

Been working with a few US clients for a while now.
The structure and systems they run on are insane. Clear briefs, clear timelines, one decision maker, feedback on the day they said they'd send it.
The contrast hits harder because I work with a lot of Indian clients too.
And every week it gets more obvious. The work is just better when there's breathing room.
Good systems don't slow creativity down. They give it space.
