You guys said your candidate was younger and better educated than both Tinubu and Atiku so he is the best. You said voting for him is not because he is igbo, it is because he is the best. So why are you not voting Seyi Makinde? He is younger and better than your candidate and you know it..

I wonder which manifesto you read because even the newly elected Studentsβ Union executives at UI probably presented a better manifesto. But letβs get into your claims.
First, please spare us this talk about Oyo being aligned with the centre. Oyo was aligned with the centre during Ajimobiβs administration, and what he was able to achieve is childβs play compared to what Seyi Makinde has accomplished. We have seen what alignment can do, and we are not going back to it.
Secondly, your plans about promoting commercial highway corridors and connecting farms to markets? Seyi Makinde has already been doing these. So, what exactly are you bringing to the table that is new?
On healthcare, there is already free healthcare for pregnant women and the elderly. So, what exactly is the new proposition?
On education, you want to reduce the pupil-to-classroom ratio in primary schools. That, by implication, requires building more classrooms. It was Seyi Makinde and APM that built 56 schools in his first tenure alone. I have more confidence in a government with a track record than one selling promises.
Prompt payment of salaries and pensions on the 25th, alongside a 13th-month salary? APM is already delivering that. Are we supposed to applaud you for promising what is already being done?
You also promise to strengthen security through drones and CCTV surveillance. Yet, these were the same people who came here crying when Seyi Makinde procured a surveillance aircraft, calling it a waste of public funds. Apparently, security investment becomes a waste of money when it is not your candidate making the investment. God sees all.
I actually appreciate that beyond your English salad of praises, you inadvertently highlighted the fundamental weakness of the manifesto. That, perhaps, is the most honest part of your entire write-up. Thank you for that.
Ultimately, we, the voters of Oyo State, will not be swayed by a colourful manifesto or beautifully packaged promises. We know what we have experienced, we know what is being delivered, and we know who we want.
Our choice is Seyi Makinde-endorsed Bimbo Adekanbi.

Difference btw political loyalty & administrative competence. Alli represents the old political establishment, while Adekambi brings experience beyond politics.
If Oyo wants genuine development, Adekambi fit in. If we wants politics of connections & cabals, Alli fits the script
