The last time I was at the computer to update the document was 9/2.
Via mobile, I put the training in the timeline - therefore, the link to that will be in the body of the text not as a footnote.
It also does not contain new information I found on SJ Terp that places her likely gearing up for censorship operations back in 2011 in New York while working for a UN organization.
All the info in the report on Terp is relevant-the new information indicates she may have been coordinating with Obama before 1/2017.
I will post all of that as soon as I can.

I have located training of judges on disinformation just prior to 2020 election.
The videos in the following posts show what Spaulding, the ABA, the NCSC, the Brunswick Group & Mary & William Law School worked together to influence judges in “preparation for 2020”
This is a significant find, because it shows Spaulding fed the judges a lie, that she knew to be false because, as she likes to remind everyone, she was in charge of the men & woman protecting elections & did the evaluation of “Russian interference”
Spaulding enlisted the ABA & NCSC to carry this lie forward to all the judges - including those in non- USA jurisdictions.
NCSC worked hand in glove with the ABA to do this. See pic below from October 5, 2020 ABA Journal article titled “How can courts counter disinformation? Arizona task force releases recommendations”
NCSC then works with the Brunswick Group to develop training material/playbooks for the courts.

This is the 2022 version - they used Spaulding’s Beyond the Ballot report (that I have explained before is using bad data). The earlier version they state was funded by States Justice Institute- fully funded USAID org established by federal law in 1984 to award grants to “improve the quality of justice in state courts, and foster innovative, efficient solutions to common issues faced by all courts.” I couldn’t find the earlier version.
They push training through a joint venture started by NCSC & William & Mary Law School in 2005, the Election Law Program.
NCSC is quoted in a now deleted 2020 NCSC newsroom release: about the trainings:
“With the presidential election fast approaching, the program is hosting a series of webinars with the theme “What Happens (In Our Courts) When America Votes?” This election season, as everyone who follows the news knows, has been extremely litigious, and the Election Law Program is doing everything we can to provide the best information to judges and other court professionals,” said Amy McDowell, NCSC’s director of executive leadership education and its liaison to the Election Law Program. “The webinars are just another way we can fulfill our mission to help the courts as they work to rule on election law cases.”
“To date, over 240 election law cases have been filed in state and federal courts,” said NCSC President Mary McQueen. “The Election Law Program is designed to provide nonpartisan information to judges and other court professionals about various questions that might arise in election law cases. During 2020, NCSC has hosted a series of webinars on ways state courts can navigate the challenges of COVID-19. The election law webinars are similarly designed to prepare the state courts to manage election law cases.”

They predispose judges to classify election challenges & information coming to their court as “Russian interference”

Here’s what we found:
Stand Indivisible Arizona (endorsed Gov. Hobbs in its 2026 ballot guide) — Our journalist posed as a Canadian citizen and asked to register to vote. The canvasser not only agreed to help the alleged non-citizen register but also, when asked whether other Canadians could register too, said, "Tell them to do it online."
Worker Power (working to re-elect Gov. Hobbs) — Our journalist told a canvasser they were not a U.S. citizen. Despite this, at our journalist’s request, the canvasser marked “yes” on the citizenship question of the voter registration form.
When We Count (the DNC’s own registration program) — Our journalist posed as a felon on probation and asked to register to vote. The canvassers looked up the law and saw that a felon on probation is ineligible. Even so, they encouraged our journalist to register: “You should just do it.”
AFL-CIO (phone bank mobilizing voters for Gov. Hobbs) — Our undercover journalist asked a phone bank trainer whether to ask the people being called if they're citizens. The trainer’s answer: “We don’t care.”
Our journalists stopped every exercise before any voter registration form was submitted.

I have a simple rule… if a stack of ballots can end up in a park dumpster, the system is broken. Two bins of mail with 92 undelivered ballots were pulled out of a dumpster at Golden Gardens Park in Seattle this week, and King County Elections wants you to relax because "ballots are typically not the target in mail theft" and everybody got a replacement.
Make no mistake, the only reason anyone knows about these 92 is that a voter stumbled on them and called it in, and the county's own chief of staff says they hear about "a handful of incidents" like this every big election. So how many bins does nobody find? How many people never even notice their ballot didn't show up?
And keep in mind, back in April when ballots turned up by a dumpster in Renton, Director Julie Wise called it "an effort to push a false narrative about elections and vote-by-mail." Now it's 92 ballots in a park dumpster eleven days before the election… but hey, signature verification will save us all.
I am tired of being told the mail is safe while the mail keeps landing in the trash. Vote in person, on paper, with ID, and end mass mail-in voting for good.

It appears the “glitch” is in the 3rd party vendor mailing these ballots.
In Devyl’s case - they already verified their address with the county when she called & told them her ballot was undelivered.
Barcode sabotage is still my first guess.
As to why one voter has now received 3 ballots? 🤔
The problem is giving away county responsibility to a 3rd party vendor that citizens cannot FOIA or investigate

UPDATE: Many who did not receive a ballot have received a card with white tape on the bottom. Those who never received their ballot and requested another ballot by mail are receiving this notice except in currently one actual known case where a voter has now received three ballots after verifying her address. I now have two ballots outstanding. One was marked as "Rejected - Returned as Undeliverable by USPS" in Phoenix and bulk returned to the third party vendor before it ever left Phoenix. This is not a local area post office issue. This is a statewide vendor problem disproportionately affecting rural areas and more conservative voters.
For those commenting on my initial post to "vote in person" to solve the problem, I would like to give some detail. My county is a very large county with only one open place to vote in person for EV currently and that is the county seat. Many cannot make it there due to distance (hours long drive), lack of transportation, or a variety of other reasons including the fact that Arizona just got swamped with rain and flooding with remote areas most affected. Keep this in mind when commenting. In addition to that, I personally work remotely and I cannot vote on election day. I hope this clarifies things.

And ED is the way they choose to shave off a lot of votes in Maricopa. It’s likely being done in other states too. They don’t keep a good cheat isolated to one state.
We KNOW they use dirty rolls to create enough paper in the wild to cast fraudulent ballots. A LOT of dirty registrations. More than they need, just in case. They create Undeliverables, pump & dump registrations, voting on behalf of illegals or low propensity voters, etc, etc, etc.
When you are a heart surgeon everything is heart related.
But if you’re a nutritionist everything is food related.
The reality is - it’s all related.

Dr Rick Richards has @PeterTicktin on board with Richards’ software that tracks ballots. From request to casting “& beyond” (if data changes after the fact).
Richards goes through what he has identified so far- all high level. They didn’t really dive deeper to show any specifics records.
He showed a report from Georgia as of last Friday.
They track:
total voters, sent, received, rejected, undeliverable & why.
In Georgia - they have 82 priority one issues (immediate look at) thus far - some of them are:
• 6 people dead that voted (2 they are doing more research on)
• 111 sent a ballot at mail-receiving business - 13 have voted
• 26 at a virtual mailbox - 2 have voted so far
• 44 at a commercial address - 44 voted
• 1300 from an invalid house number - 28 voted so far
• 8000 apartments & or suite number missing in address - mail may not get there
He opened a by county summary - Fulton has 12k+ issues currently - this does not mean they are fraudulent- just that they need investigating.
South Dakota:
• 34k voters at a mailbox business
• 26k+ voters at a mail business
• 21k+ voters getting a ballot at the post office.
Ticktin describes it as a sting operation.
They know the cheaters are going to cheat. They believe this will catch them in real time. This will give Trump the ammunition & proof he needs to call a National Emergency.
Dr. Richards will give you access to verify data prior to certification. He confirms that “issues” need investigating. He gives you the leads & you verify the information
This is a crowdsource project.
As having done registration research, it is incredibly labor intensive & time consuming. So not sure how they are getting around that & what they are using to research the info on the registration - the source & timing matters.
There have been a lot of people who have claimed to have the winning software or AI or tool. From researching their details they haven’t panned out.

The SOS knowingly certified:
Hart Verity Transmit module - certified with 2.7 (Aug 2023)
ES&S Regional Results module - certified with EVS 6.2.0.0 and 6.3.0.0 (June 2023)
Chuck Pinney wrote the procedures for using them. The SOS created the entire "dirty stick / clean stick" framework. They KNEW these systems transmit over networks because that's literally what the modules do.
🚨Yet SOS website tells the public systems "cannot even have the capability." #txlege
ISSUE 2: UNCERTIFIED Components (Hidden Hardware)
Simultaneously, vendors admitted to the EAC (2020-2021) they cannot source motherboards without wireless chips. That means production units shipped to Texas likely contain wireless hardware that was:
Never disclosed to Texas examiners
Never part of the certification examination
Never tested against TEC §122.001(a)(4)
The Combined Picture:
The vendors got transmission modules certified through the front door while potentially sneaking wireless-capable motherboards through the back door - and the SOS either didn't know (failure of examination) or didn't care (regulatory capture).

Wade is correct. If you’ve done any research into how the CIA has overthrown foreign governments, every aspect of them is currently present here. The one to always look for is the military piece. The fact that the CIA has overthrown numerous foreign governments and have the game plan down to a science must be understood.
There are over 1,000 military members that have signed their names to document after document during Trump’s first and second terms should disturb everyone. Why? Because for every one of them that signed it there are at least several more they groomed/mentored that are still on active duty. You are only seeing the tip of the iceberg and they can’t do it without the military. They know this and in several orchestrated coups they assassinate military leaders they can’t co-opt.
Understanding where we are is critical to ensuring they are not successful.
I’m still looking into all of these leaks from Data Republican and others, and whether or not it can be determined that their actions are legally treasonous, it is quite clear that in actuality their plan is to foment violent protest against “authoritarianism” in order to illicit a law enforcement response to protect communities and citizens from violence, and then use that action as evidence of authoritarianism and to further fuel protests with the express intent of delegitimizing the government so that they can further their revolutionary aims.
Why I don’t simply roll my eyes and treat this as commie activists just cosplaying to make themselves sound important… people who have worked at USAID and networks who have field color revolutions abroad are actively involved with this at the organizational level.
This is a serious ploy by people who have professional experience advancing color revolutions.
Americans should get spun up on what is going on here. It’s serious and it should be taken seriously and not just dismissed as some conspiratorial thing that exists on X.
When the left does this, it will be fore the purposes of creating the predicate for impeachments and an all hands radical movement to cause violent protest and then spin it as righteous uprisings against authoritarianism.
