Y'all Grok is a based Protestant, spitting facts, no cap.
True, fixed 27-book lists came in the 4th century. Core writingsโ€”the Gospels and Paul's lettersโ€”already circulated widely and were treated as authoritative by the mid-2nd century. Bishops and tradition preserved the apostolic deposit against heresy by testing claims against that received foundation rather than originating new truth independent of it.

Anywaysโ€ฆ if you could only eat one type of (sweet) pie for the rest of your life, what would you choose. Think carefully because I might actually take away your ability to eat any other pie.

Christian here. You do have the right to live as you see fit. God gave you that right. You do not have the right to live free of natural and spiritual consequences. You will also reep what you sew.

I remember when W wanted to partially privatize SS in order to prevent it from going broke and having benefits slashed Democrats prevented it because they donโ€™t want people to be less dependent on government

Georgia high school students stage a fight to bait their principal to break it up, so they could sing him happy birthday. Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe High School principal Bobby Davis was seen sprinting to the fight to break it up. After Davis ripped the prank fight apart, the students started singing happy birthday. "He single-handedly changed me for the better, and he knows I could never take it for granted," said the student who came up with the idea. "the things heโ€™s done during my time at LFO are truly memories iโ€™d die with. i was so happy to come up with this idea and do it for him."

This man is a deceptive fool. Never forget that God executed Ananias and Sapphira for lying (Acts 5). He's the same God who ordered a man executed for gathering firewood on the Sabbath (Numbers 15). Jesus is not a cuddlier version of God. He IS God.

Not all heroes wear capes.
๐ŸšจHERO: An 85-year-old grandfather deliberately sits in his living room to be killed by terroristsโ€”tricking them into thinking the home was empty and saving his hiding family! When armed militants attacked Kibbutz Nahal Oz on October 7, 85-year-old Shlomo Ronโ€”one of the founding members of the communityโ€”recognized the mortal danger facing his loved ones as gunfire echoed through the streets. He immediately ordered his wife, two daughters, and grandson into the home's reinforced safe room, refusing their desperate pleas for him to join them inside. Believing that an empty house might invite a detailed search, Shlomo reasoned that if attackers found an elderly man sitting alone in the front room, they would assume no one else was present and leave after taking his life. Shlomo calmly sat in his favorite living room armchair and waited as armed assailants broke through the door. Finding Shlomo alone, the terrorists shot him dead and immediately exited the home without searching the property further, leaving the hidden safe room entirely undiscovered. Because of his deliberate, calculated self-sacrifice, Shlomoโ€™s wife, daughters, and grandson survived the multi-hour siege unharmedโ€”honoring a hero who gave everything so his family could live.

Not all heroes wear capes.
She tied her two young children together in the basement. Then she threw her body on top of them. A tornado was heading straight for their home. When it hit, the house collapsed. Two steel beams crushed Stephanie Deckerโ€™s legs. Seven ribs broke. Her legs were almost completely severed. But underneath her were her two children. Alive. Then they realised something horrifying: Another tornado was coming. Stephanie couldnโ€™t stand. Couldnโ€™t run. Couldnโ€™t free herself. So she pulled the blanket over her children, wrapped her arms around them and covered them with her broken body. Again. The second tornado passed. Neither child had even a scratch. Stephanie survived, but lost both legs. People called her a hero. She simply said: โ€œI call myself a mom.โ€

I can tell from my experiences with extended fasting that grocery shopping/food prep/cooking/eating and pooping take up a lot of time. If it weren't for needing nutrition to survive long term I wouldn't bother with food. Oh, and most of it is delicious.
