A sobering fact that is ignored by the Bank of Canada and the Economic Elites of Canada.
The delusion in Canada needs to stop!
The has Canada lagged the United States in population-adjusted employment growth from 2019 to 2024. Canada relied much more heavily on government-sector hiring, while private-sector employment failed to keep pace with its growing working-age population.
Sure let’s hike rates.
Canada added no private sector jobs from 2019 to 2024 — U.S. did the exact opposite nationalpost.com/news/canada…

Alright guys, I have fundamentally changed my view on future population growth following Budget 2026. It's very clear now that the govt will continue to roll out "one-time" initiatives to convert temp residents into PRs.
We'll get official levels at the end of Nov, but this is where we're going from what I see in the budget

I'm an artist and filmmaker and even I think this is quite bizarre. Who qualifies and how? Does it just have to be Canadian content? What is the message here to the Canadian people? I don't think it's a sudden spasm of art appreciation in a country that cares naught for artists. Probably just another Liberal money-laundering scheme. Or is this somehow connected to UBI as an incremental step? I have questions!

Fine. Then stand up and proudly state that you’re increasing PR slots to an unprecedented +600k next year.
Don’t stand there and say you’re keeping levels constant while layering on bullshit “one-time” measures.
Own it if you’re proud of it. Let’s have the discussion
No doubt about it.
🤪Hard to believe eh? Unless you actually know about Ukraine. 😂
They do this once in a while in order to appease the money laundering god. Launch fake investigations against a few insiders, create “tension” and never recover the money (or take it from those they are “investigating”) then… move on until the next cycle.
Remember this guys: Freeland has, I’m told, stolen so much money from Canadians under the guise of “contracting” and government aid, it’s going to be truly obscene what we find out in the future. -_-

Debt is the forcing function. The United States is changing, reindustrializing and turning to supply-side policies. Canada is still struggling to escape first gear: GDP per capita has fallen, business investment per worker is heading in the wrong direction, and the productivity gap with the U.S. is widening.
Now the Pax Americana Canada has relied on since 1945 may be coming to an end. In this interview, I explore what happens when the country we depend on changes course—and we don’t.
Canada is losing ground economically. The global order is shifting and Ottawa seems to be operating as though nothing has fundamentally changed.
I sat down with @DrJStrategy, PhD economist and Chief Market Strategist at @WellingtonAltus, to unpack some uncomfortable realities:
Canada's GDP per capita has fallen.
Business investment per worker is going in the wrong direction.
The productivity gap with the United States is widening.
And the Pax Americana that Canada has relied on since 1945 may be coming to an end.

This is a pure weasel answer. Just admit you're raising PR targets against the will of the majority of Canadians.
Have the courage to say it and defend it. Let's have the discussion.

This is why the Canadian Budget FAILS:
1) Govt's never-ever forecast a recession. Growth is ALWAYS awesome
2) Inflation at 2% over next 5 years. ZERO probability this occurs
3) Effective Bank of Canada rate stays flat/no changes over next 5 years. ZERO probability this occurs
4) 10 yr yield remains at 3.7% range for next 5 years. ZERO probability this occurs
No economic scenario exists to capture the govt's projections. ZERO. Especially if we live in a dangerous and divided world.
Carbon taxes.
They are a way to corner the energy market and take a percentage on every transaction.
I get it ... she didn't make a terrible error in judgement.
We were confused, that's all.
Despicable.

That's Lyndon B. Johnson in the 1948 Texas Democratic Senate primary runoff vs. Coke Stevenson. Six days later, Box 13 in Jim Wells County added 202 votes (200 for LBJ). Names were listed alphabetically in the same handwriting and ink. Election judge Luis Salas later admitted they were fabricated on orders from boss George Parr. Johnson won by 87 votes and later became president.

The existence of secret Ukrainian torture prisons was even reported by the Times of London in 2016
Zelensky is presiding over an archipelago of gulags for working class men seeking to escape NATO's meat-grinder
Videos show that Ukrainian deserters were illegally imprisoned & tortured in secret prison of neo-Nazi-led Azov corps of National Guard of Ukraine near Kyiv. Several prisoners were reportedly killed. Azov is glorified & whitewashed by Umland, Shekhovtsov & Western media & politicians. Relatives of imprisoned attempted to storm prison.

Now we know why PM Carney walked away from the trade deal with the US in August (and refuses to show it to us)....he needed the last round of talks to fail in order to justify dragging Canadians into associate member status with the EU. It would've been a harder sell if that deal with the US was signed.

I wonder how long Mark Carney and the Canadian MSM will try to ignore this. Billions poured into a corrupt and evil regime that has been kidnapping and torturing it's own citizens. The so called conspiracy theorists just keep leading the way.
Is Poland the last stand for freedom? The EU seems to think so.
Poland's president went on camera and said his country's constitutional order was violated overnight. A top court was taken over by force. He was in the air when it happened and they tried to deny his plane permission to land. He landed anyway, pushed past the police, and walked into the building.
This isn't about judicial appointments. It's about currency. Poland's złoty is protected by the constitution, and the tribunal is the only thing standing between the government and the Eurozone. Take the court, open the constitution, drop the currency, move the gold.
And here's why I'm making this video: the same playbook is running here. At the Canada-EU Summit in Montreal, they redefined sovereignty as "the capacity to act together." That's not sovereignty. Sovereignty is the ability to say no.
Europe is Canada's crystal ball right now.
