Dear Obidients, Respectfully, take your fight directly towards Tinubu’s supporters and APC members. Kindly leave Seyi Makinde out of it. He is a legal Presidential candidate with all rights to contest, he is nobody’s distraction, he is nobody’s hidden agenda. Thank you.

A Lagosian who hasn’t seen light for 10 days will trek through smelly streets, dodging like a thousand street thugs, to jump on a bus with wooden seats, & still have the audacity to tell someone living in ABK or Ib that they are living in a village.

The best part about Nigerian Pidgin is how constantly it evolves. A random Nigerian can invent an entirely original sentence, and another Nigerian will understand it perfectly. The language can only truly be mastered through total immersion.

"Success takes time." "Mastery takes time." "We're breeding impatience in young people." Thank you, @chinasa_anukam. God bless you!

Nne, stop this! So because NYSC posted you to Osun, you have already converted the entire state into a crime scene? Biko, who told you all these stories, and what evidence do you have? I have lived in Osun, and I find this description both offensive and profoundly unfair. You are entitled to your fears, but you are not entitled to manufacture a reputation for an entire state and its people. Osun is not your social media horror movie set. It is home to hardworking people, families, professionals, businesses, universities and communities with a rich cultural heritage. If you have genuine security concerns, by all means, ask questions and seek reliable information. But this kind of sensationalism is unacceptable. Ndo, but ka anyi kwuo eziokwu! Go and serve. Experience the state. Then come back and tell us what you actually encountered, not what somebody’s WhatsApp folklore told you.

Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Australia, New Zealand, Portugal, France and Japan - they offer fully funded scholarships I spent my entire day working on this. Here are 300+ universities offering fully funded Master’s scholarships for 2027. In this drive, you’ll find universities offering: • Fully funded scholarships without IELTS requirements, where officially permitted. • Fully funded scholarships accepting Third Class or Second Class Lower degrees, where applicable. • Fully funded scholarships that accept applicants without extensive work experience. I put this together to help more people discover Master’s opportunities they can apply for in 2026 - 2027. drive.google.com/file/d/1etQ…

Half my family is muslim and they are the most amazing cousins, uncles, aunties, i could ever wish for. The problem isnt the religion The problem is the extremist who use the religion as cover. You cannot taint an entire religion because of your bias.

That moment when the law prof who honestly did not need to read the PhD proposal of a junior Peruvian academic 10 years ago but still encouraged him to apply to PhDs in the UK bc he was just that generous with his time and expertise becomes an ICJ Judge. We need Judges like that
I am deeply honoured to be elected to the International Court of Justice. I am grateful for the support and faith states have put in me to serve the @CIJ_ICJ. I look forward to serving the Court with independence and integrity alongside colleagues elected today.

Two interesting things I discovered this week are: 1. That you can get genuine court affidavits online from the Nigerian Federal High Court. A genuine one, not the ones those roadside people give you. The website has all sorts of affidavits, even ones I didn't know existed. 2. The National Population Commission has a working portal. You can register your newborn online and get a certified birth certificate that is accepted worldwide. You can do all these things without any bureaucracy. For 1, visit: portal.fhc.gov.ng/ For 2, visit: vitalreg-selfservice.nationa… Joseph Adedeji
