he just loves the game.
I was his biggest hater pre jota but it was sad to see him go in the way he did. by the time it was finished it was unassailable.
however I do think he's very young for a manager, Iraola is on a short term deal. I'd be more than happy looking at him

He 100% deserves patience.
The issue for many, is that baldylocks didn't get the same patience. Despite having even bigger squad issues, as well as a player dying in the summer (which is pretty big).
Iraolaโs inherited an inbalanced squad, off the back of a difficult season with a few ยฃ100m+ players whoโve felt like round pegs in square holes, some long term injuries & big egos. The man deserves patience & a chance to get it right. We canโt always have post-2018 Klopp era - some of you need to get a grip because itโs going to be a journey, starting with backing our manager.

Truth just sets you free from the need itself.

Superstars? You mean Isak who was injured for most of the season? Gakpo who everyone wanted sold? Wirtz who's constantly bashed for not being good enough? Macca, who people claimed he had downed tools for the world cup? Your lack of nuance is showing. Move along now.

Teams were already changing their approach by then. They had already started sitting. Trent was injured for most of that period. It became clear Szoboszlai couldn't play in the pocket against low blocks. The same underlying issues became worse the following season.
