Attending a "Scrutineer Training" seminar this evening to prepare for the upcoming vote on October 19th. I am absolutely gobsmacked to learn no proof of citizenship is required to cast a ballot. Scenario: - A young person shows up to a polling station. Looks 18-ish. - Elections officer can't find their name on the voter list. - "I just turned 18, here's my driver's license with my Alberta address." Elections officer or scrutineer can ask, "Are you a citizen?" But cannot require proof of citizenship. Lying about citizenship supposedly carries the risk of a fine. (But a person illegally voting isn't likely to care about a fine.) Nonetheless, their name gets added to the list, they get to cast a secret ballot, and *maybe* *just maybe* Elections Alberta will follow-up AFTER October 19th to check whether they are in fact a citizen. If they aren't, *maybe* *just maybe* they'll face a fine. cc: @AngelaPittAB, @ABDanielleSmith

But refusing to take a mandated harmful covid-19 vaccine doesn't "discriminate" and violate rights to "life, liberty, and the security of person." This is banana-republic level horseshit. The justice system is wiping its dirty ass with the Canadian Charter.

💥💥💥I WON’T STOP REPOSTING THIS UNTIL ALL CANADIANS UNDERSTAND.💥💥💥 DID YOU KNOW? Trudeau made it 100% LEGAL for the media to lie to you. LET ME REPEAT THAT: The media can LEGALLY lie to your face. THE LIBERALS USE THE MEDIA TO MANIPULATE YOUR THOUGHTS THROUGH WELL CRAFTED & REPETITIVE SCRIPTS - AND THE CBC IS THE BIGGEST LIAR. Propaganda is 100% paid for and 100% pushed by all major media outlets - without fear of prosecution. There is NO credibility, NO accountability, and NO liability - just grants, bailouts, and budget line items. BELIEVE *NOTHING* YOU HEAR FROM THE MSM ABOUT THE GOVERNMENT - IT'S ALL LIES. (Your government literally hates you.)

Not deranged. Just pointing out you are an unregistered foreign agent, working for a U.S. SuperPAC funded by Soros, trying to influence Canadian domestic politics.

Former students of day and residential schools received $14 billion in compensation for cultural genocide. Now First Nations want $19 billion more in spending because they see the value of education.

Dude, you haven't been in the trenches. You've been in backroom salons drinking with elites, laughing at conservative members who aren't down for your plans to import voters so you can personally bounce around their cultural events. Real people see traffic jams, hospital wait times, debt, and explosive rent, all because of your personal ego. Give it a rest. You are done. Sit on your boards. Collect your pension. Travel to Italy to "get away from it all" (leave your security at the hotel 😉) and leave fixing the country to literally anyone else.
Lynette, I haven’t & wouldn’t advocate the revocation of anyone’s Conservative membership, unless they clearly espouse / advocate violent extremism or hatred, eg racism. It’s the antivax / MAGA north folks on here who call me a fake conservative / liberal shill and much worse at all hours of the day. They’re quite happy to excommunicate someone who has spent his entire adult life in the trenches as a principled, full spectrum conservative. I have every right, and I believe responsibility, to advocate for a patriotic, principled, positive conservatism that is not characterized by submission to a foreign adversary, xenophobia, hostility to modern medical science, separatism, etc. To those who support Trump’s attacks on and belittlement of Canada; who support tearing our country apart; who believe vaccines are part of some deadly globalist conspiracy; who are obsessed with ostrich farms and chem trails; who believe that citizens and permanent residents should be deported based on their race; who believe that Ukraine is the aggressor and Russia the victim, etc., I would say this: you have a perfect political home in Max Bernier’s PPC. And to my fellow Conservatives I would say: if we become identified with those and similar views, we will never win another election, because we won’t deserve to.

Canada wants more markets so Washington has less power over it. Alberta wants more control so Ottawa has less power over it. Carney calls the first economic sovereignty. Why is the same principle called sovereignty when Canada uses it - and separatism when Alberta does?

9/11 was a terrorist attack. The radical left (Canadian Broadcasting Company) is trying to rewrite history, but there is nothing controversial, complicated, or unclear about this. 9/11 was terrorism.

💥Hamilton Police hung up when asked who ordered them to keep the Dominion Society out of the city. According to Inspector Darren Murphy, police are only non-partisan “based on context.” The context, as he framed it, is this: Hamilton Police have decided to police feelings. Their objective is to keep The Dominion Society — a non-criminal organization — out of the city because they disagree with DSC's political views. When we asked who made that decision, Inspector Murphy said it was a group decision. When we pressed him on whether those were orders passed down the chain of command, he refused to answer. Then he hung up the phone. That is not public safety. That is political policing. A police service that hunts venues, warns businesses, and treats lawful speech as a community threat has become an activist organization.
