Eureka Engine @FreeGymAI caught my shoulder issue before I did. Not a chatbot. A trainer, a nutritionist and a physio in one place, with a memory.

A day will not pass without our @FreeGymAI users getting immense value on our platform. Why did I say “immense” because no platform helps you correct your form with such detailed analysis. This is just a feature of FreeGym, we are building more everyday. Lat pull down breakdown. Nikhil, also happens to be my client and will learn faster than most. What you’re doing well: you lower the bar slowly, about two seconds every rep, twice as long as the pull, you pull all the way down every time, and your rhythm holds. Two things to change: - Your elbows start the pull. A third of a second after the top your elbows are already well bent, while the bar has barely moved. The first part of every rep is done by your arms. - Your shoulders stay put. At the top you don’t let the bar lift your shoulders, and at the start you don’t draw them down - your upper back moves as one stiff block from top to bottom. Letting the bar lift your shoulders at the top gives your lats their full stretch, so more of the muscle works on every rep. Drawing the shoulders down first, arms still straight, hands the start of the pull to your back instead of your arms, and it’s the same strength every pull-up starts with, and what keeps your shoulders moving freely overhead.

Another form check for bent over rows at freegym.ai The positives: 1. Arms go all the way long at the bottom of each rep. 2. Back is steady. Improvements: 1. Take more time to lower down the bar. Get your form checked on @FreeGymAI simply by uploading your video. freegym.ai/posts/sw9l0TIb7Kx…
Ayush has progressed so quick. Amazing improvement in form using freegym.ai computer vision model. 1. Controlled lowering of bar. 2. Hips don’t move as they did earlier. Chest still comes up, when this happens the load is on your lower back and hips and less on upper back. Get rid of that and you’re sorted. freegym.ai/posts/RfN9TekWNWi…

The ultimate test of your lower body mobility: the Cossack squat. My depth is a work in progress. Right now, the focus is purely on controlling the center of mass - keeping the working heel glued down and maintaining active tension, rather than just passively sinking into the joints. Why do them? This exercise forces you to build strength side-to-side, opens up stiff hips, and bulletproofs your knees and adductors.

I have been doing interval runs on the same track since months & feel fed up of that track now. Will run today's session in the forest today. But a forest trail also slows you down a bit. And who better than @FreeGymAI's Eureka to tell me what pace I can target?

All these values and learning going into building @FreeGymAI I recorded this at 1:40 am post finishing 25 km I was travelling since 4am and reached my room at 9pm. But we don’t give excuses, we execute.

Indian VCs are terrible at their own job. They spend all day saying, “We bet on founders.” Okay. Talk to me. You don’t have to think I’m a great founder. You might meet me and decide I’m an idiot. UCLA Math-Econ. WTFund winner. Bootstrapped @referrush profitably while growing ~30% MoM in a massive market. Built it with my own money. Millions of organic impressions from my content. I play poker profitably at a high level. I build systems, sell, write, ship and allocate capital. I have ‘childhood trauma’ But if your entire business is finding exceptional founders before everyone else does, how have you not even tried to have a conversation with me? Because Indian VC still has the power dynamic backwards. They sit in their offices and wait for founders to come asking for money. The best investors should be doing the opposite: relentlessly hunting interesting founders, building relationships years before they need capital, and earning the right to invest when they eventually do. If you really “bet on founders,” you should be chasing founders. Not waiting for them to chase you.
