This is incorrect, @barnes_law. @DataRepublican accurately predicted the election almost down to the “t.” She didn’t want to contribute to people staying home on the Republican side so pre-election she disclosed her predictions to her colleagues including me and to @realJeremyCarl. And the grifter accusation is an ad hominem. Or better here, ad feminam. You owe her an apology.
A grifter this election cycle proved to be @DataRepublican who misled her audience rather than admit publicly GOP was getting crushed.

How many fake news reporters have EVER included this crucial fact in their reporting about failed election challenges. A BIG FAT ZERO. I bet all of you didn't even know this due to that. This is a big reason why it's so easy for the judges to throw the cases out, the plaintiffs are never allowed to access key evidence. Thanks @BlehmLawAZ for this important information during our X space.
Why are election contests so hard to win? Attorney Bryan Blehm says Arizona's law allows almost no discovery: "The only discovery you can get in the election challenge is access to the ballots." Full replay: arizonainsiders.com/2026/11/… Free newsletter: arizonainsiders.com/join/?ut…

The steal in Florida failed - but only just. It won’t fail in 2028 u less people stand up like this woman and do something about it.
I am on the phone with this woman right now. This is what happens when the peasants dare to question the system. Florida is not the poster-child, btw. Massive fraud everywhere, and if the people dare to question the system, they drag you out. Well, we're done being treated like that, okay everyone??? It's over. THIS IS OUR MOMENT! DO NOT WASTE IT. It's time we take the driver's seat. Educate everyone. Open their eyes. If when they drag one of us out (or try to), we show up with 10 more. We outnumber them. Start acting like it. It's NOW or NEVER. What are YOU going to do??? Are you live your life as a slave? Or are you going to free yourselves? nitter.gq/PatriotMarkCook/status…

I found it fascinating how here in Arizona they were expecting such a huge Republican turnout that they massively overrigged the cheat. Dems winning by double digits is a lot harder to buy than winning by a few points, so even a third grader can see the cheat.

Nithya Raman didn’t win sh*t. No one in LA (including my friends in her district) had ever heard of her before the mayoral primary. She had zero enthusiasm or momentum. And, respectfully, she’s dumb as a rock. She was badly losing the primary before hundreds of thousands of ballots dropped overnight, on the weekend, days after the election. And all those same ballots also *shockingly* passed a tax hike (because Angelenos are so desperate to pay more in taxes when we pay the highest rates in the world with nothing to show for it). FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD Please investigate and prosecute her and her criminal communist cronies. LA didn’t vote for this. @USAttyEssayli @HarmeetKDhillon

I know the election was rigged. But I had a hope that Trump would stop this steal. It’s only possible because of mail-in ballots and corrupted machines. He promised to send people to make sure the election was not stolen. There is no way we’re losing Texas. You know that too. let’s stay quiet….😬

SOL is an affirmative defense. It is not a bar to indictment. If the current charges are pursued by indictment as a conspiracy, the entire issue of SOL changes into one involving the last overt act. Helps to actually practice criminal law to understand.
Belatedly reading Harv law prof @jacklgoldsmith's blog on why latest charges against Jim Comey are a time-barred "sham. It's hard to know what @AGToddBlanche tells himself as he grossly abuses the power of @dojphofficial at the behest of his Art II master." execfunctions.org/p/dojs-thi…

Washoe County Bruce Parks and Clark County chair Jill Douglass of the Nevada Republican Party, along with Michael McDonald, statewide chair, need to take responsibility for this lack of tactical and logistical leadership and step aside. They have made this a clown show of an election and gave away a congressional seat due to the Flippo fiasco, among other things. They failed on all accounts.

Important tip from a mechanic. When you are buying a vehicle from a dealer or used car lot, make sure you check all the VIN numbers on that vehicle to see if they match the title and documentation they gave you. Here is a troubling example why. Years ago I was a Nissan Tech working for a Nissan dealership and during that time I had a big following of some loyal and wonderful customers. One such customer was a nice lady named Julie I had been servicing Julie's old Nissan Stanza for quite some time. Julies mother died and she got a small inheritance, so Julie decided to treat herself and buy a brand new Nissan 300 Z . Our dealership owner was selling the dealership and he was having a big sale at the time. She put $9,000 down and financed $25,000. Payments of $725 a month. Fast forward to 9 months later. New owners at dealership, and I was one of the few original employees they retained, as the new owners brought most of their own people in. This particular day I was at the service write up desk when I recognized Julie in her 300 Z pulling into the shop. Very happy to see her once again, I gave her a big hug and we exchanged some pleasant small talk. Julie had brought her car in for a minor hesitation problem she wanted checked out. But when the service writer scanned the VIN on Julie's car door, very bad things happened. The VIN was coming back as a stolen vehicle! Shocked, Julie pulled out her payment book and car registration papers. However, upon close examination it was discovered the VIN numbers on the car did not match the VIN numbers on her papers or bill of sale! Seems the previous dealership owner had done a very shady and illegal money grab. I remembered that 10 months prior the former service manager had totaled his 300 Z demo to which the dealership insurance covered the loss. But I also remembered they had bought the totaled car from the insurance company as they had me remove a lot of good parts from it including the Bose sound system. After removing all the good parts, they towed the car to a scrap yard. Long story short, the 300 Z that Julie had put 9K down and had been paying $750 a month on, that car was actually in a junk yard. The car Julie was driving had been reported stolen from the previous dealership to which insurance covered that loss also. Julie did not get charged with any crime but she lost her car that day. I felt so bad, but there was nothing we could do. I did have a long talk with the new owner and he agreed to sell her a good used car off the lot at cost. It was not as nice as her 300 Z but it was at least transportation. This could happen to anyone. How often does one check VIN numbers when they buy a vehicle? If a vehicle it bought from a different state, often that has to be checked by police but that practice varies by states. Side note: The previous dealership owner had skipped out of the country and had done much more shady illegal money grabbing deals before he left. One horrible thing he did was far more serious and affected all the previous dealership employees including myself. That story will come on another post

Nithya didn’t win. Karen lost. You simply can’t destroy a city as much as she did. She played with fire, and she got fired. Nithya won’t offer any reprieve, though. She’s a moron and the city will continue to decline. The real loser today is LA, but we were gonna tank with either candidate. This wasn’t an election…it was a humiliation ritual. Especially for my neighbors in the Palisades, who endured the extra indignity of casting their ballots for the witch who burned down our town, only to see their pick ultimately lose, so it was all for naught. I don’t see Nithya as an ideologue. I see her as a moron. She’s pillow soft, and can be bullied. She’s alienated from all the horrible DSA animals on city council who are far worse than her, and they all supported Bass. Big voices in LA will be able to bully her into shifting her positions, as she has shown with her constant waffling on every issue. Keep pressure on her, be ruthless, and you can mitigate some of the damage she will do. Couple that with continued federal intervention with Bill Essayli, you could actually make a dent in improving some things. Anyway. Take the primaries more seriously from now on, yeah? Ok good talk.
