It’s not like this is a one off. Russia has been terrorizing and killing civilians for years. Close the skies. Arm Ukraine to win. Hold the Putin regime and Russia accountable. Implement the Lindsey Graham Sanctions authority right NOW! None of this should be normalized. Want to end the war? Stop Putin. Want to continue the killing spree? Keep letting him “tap us along.” @POTUS @realDonaldTrump @SecRubio @SpeakerJohnson @LeaderJohnThune @SenatorWicker @DarlineGrahamSC @RepMikeTurner @RepMikeRogersAL @RepDonBacon @RepJoeWilson @RepMcCaul @RepBrianFitz @RepMikeLawler @RepDanCrenshaw @JohnCornyn @SenJohnCurtis @SenKatieBritt @SenMcCormickPA @JerryMoran @SenatorCollins @SenTedCruz @RepAndyBarr @RepBentz @SenatorTimScott @SenRickScott @SenateForeign @HouseForeignGOP @Republicans @WhiteHouse @WhiteHouse @RepTomBarrett @GoPro_Ukraine @lisamurkowski @KenCalvert @SenTomCotton @TomColeOK04
This isn’t a scene from a movie. It’s the reality of war in Ukraine. Security cameras captured the moment a Russian strike hit the grounds of a kindergarten. A man narrowly escaped, running to safety just in time. Video: Telegram channels

And just a reminder, the mad tsar's own signature is on the final border agreement and reaffirmation of Budapest in 2009. This is all you need to know about the worth of his word or a renewed peace effort. xitter.cf/prof_preobr/status/211…

After breaking every treaty signed by the Russian Federation with Ukraine, he believes that Russia determines international borders. All based on his whims and warped mythology. Not based on treaties and respecting international obligations. This is a permanent member of the UN Security Council that set up the modern international rule of law, by the way. Note continuing the war - not based on - NATO, Nazis, Heretics, biolabs, protecting Russian speakers, protecting believers, mutated mosquitoes, or any of the other excuse of the day! Simply, a land grab and twisted, horrific mad tsar syndrome. And yet the Putin peaceniks will try to defend even this.
Fuck out of Ukraine you bloody puddle of diarrhea.

Kyiv predates Moscow by centuries, and southern/eastern Ukraine was ruled by the Cossack Hetmanate and Crimean Khanate long before 18th-century Russian Imperial annexation. In 1991, every Ukrainian region voted overwhelmingly for independence, recognized by Russia 1994. britannica.com/place/Ukraine… treaties.un.org/Pages/showDe…

This morning near Komyshuvakha, Zaporizhzhia region, Russian FPV drone struck a civilian car on the road. A 73-year-old man and a 71-year-old woman were killed‼️ Russia continues hunting civilians with drones across entire frontline!

The definition of insanity.
Lavrov wants Trump to treat Zelensky as the obstacle. Speaking beside a Russian flag, Russia’s foreign minister claimed Ukraine’s president does not even want to move toward an agreement. That accusation has a purpose. Shift pressure from the invader to the leader of the country it invaded. Trump has already blamed Zelensky for failing to make a deal. Lavrov is pushing the same line further, toward a deal made on Moscow’s terms without Zelensky in the way.

It suits the Kremlin to have Washington believe that a deal with Putin is just around the corner. One more meeting, one more concession, one more phone call. And while the Americans wait for a peace deal, Russia keeps waging war. Russia gets concessions. Ukraine gets pressure. Kushner has again demanded that Ukraine stop striking Russian oil refineries. This works well for the Kremlin: Washington is already making concessions to Russia while demanding concrete concessions from Ukraine. As long as Moscow keeps hopes of a deal alive, the US may hold off on new sanctions and persuade Kyiv to accept additional terms for the sake of successful negotiations. Talks can go on forever. Even while the war continues. Discussing a new document or a possible summit allows American mediators to report progress toward peace. Russia retains direct access to Washington and the opportunity to sell its version of why the war began and what it would take to end it. No luck with peace? Let’s talk business. Dmitriev has reported discussions about joint projects, including nuclear-powered data centers. Walking away from the talks would then mean giving up the benefits the US administration hopes to gain. Open-ended demands allow Moscow to keep bargaining. Without a definitive list of Russian conditions, every round can end with statements about progress and the need for further consultations. Meanwhile, Moscow can keep adding demands. Take Putin’s October 16 statement about a “security zone” in the Sumy and Kharkiv regions, which he does not intend to discuss in peace negotiations. Russia maintains an additional territorial demand while simultaneously signaling its willingness to meet with the US. In St. Petersburg, watch what Russia actually agrees to do. Which strikes will it stop? When? Who will verify this? What security guarantees for Ukraine will it accept? Without this, another “very constructive conversation” will simply mean the Americans have had their hopes raised again. They will leave to prepare for the next meeting, and Russia will keep waging war.
Steve Witkoff has arrived in St Petersburg for a meeting with Putin. Lavrov said that Moscow was not expecting a miracle from Washington, the United States will at best remain competitors for Russia.

Just listening to her, and her Putin peacenik drivel means occupation, continued atrocities, and death. And yet, she clings to disarming the country defending itself agains the criminal regime in the Kremlin.
Weidel: "Prolonging the war and shooting drones into the hinterland of Russia, destroying refineries, houses, and buildings near Moscow, is a huge provocation." Host: "It's defending itself." Weidel: "No, it's not." Host: "Every night, drones and ballistic missiles rain down on Ukraine..." Weidel: "This strategy is very risky, and we've been criticizing it. We want to end this war. It doesn't help if a country [Ukraine] launches drone attacks against a country [Russia] that has nuclear weapons. It doesn't make sense, it's very risky and very stupid. We need to end this, and we need to actually put pressure on Ukrainian president to have the willingness to end the dying and stop this very risky strategy for all of Europe."🔚 Folks, here is Weidel's imaginary reality: black is white, the victim is to blame for the crime against them, and defending your home against a bloody, illegal invasion that murders children and razes towns is "stupid," while letting Russia occupy you and carry out a country-wide Bucha massacre is probably smart. And defending yourself is risky! Risky, did you hear that? Well, no shit, just standing there and catching Russian ballistics with your face is risky, too. So we may as well take the risk and, hear me out, fight back? Please don't vote for this evil Russian appendix in Germany!

Perspective. Context matters. Let's be clear. Putin chose to invade. His choice put innocents at risk, and led to atrocities and war crimes across Ukraine. While grateful for the one, let's not forget the "humanitarian" cause blatant war crimes to be committed against. a country that posed no threat to Russia.
Let's just make this clear: Witkoff calls the bloodiest dictator, indicted war criminal, and child murderer, Putin, a "humanitarian" not for some massive concession, not for agreeing to stop the war, but for releasing a person they captured in a foreign country where that person was simply living their life, posing no threat, and breaking no laws. They captured him there during an illegal invasion, kept him in awful conditions, and brutally tortured him for four years. They released him now, which is good, I'm happy for him and his loved ones, but after everything that's been done, how can a bloody dictator who did all that to someone be called a "humanitarian" just for releasing them? This is simply humiliating for America. He must be charged arrested prosecuted and executed not kissed in the butt!

GOP Rep. Fitzpatrick: “Russia is the aggressor. Ukraine is defending its own land. There is no moral equivalence. America must never waver in its defense of freedom, nor equivocate in the face of aggression.”
Joined @kaitlancollins on @CNN tonight to discuss deeply troubling reports of Starshield restrictions in Ukraine. These allegations demand a full congressional investigation. We will establish the facts, determine who was responsible, and pursue accountability. Russia is the aggressor. Ukraine is defending its own land. There is no moral equivalence. America must never waver in its defense of freedom, nor equivocate in the face of aggression.
