You know what would solve car accident deaths? Ban cars. We can ban cell phones and prevent texting and driving, or just ban both. Oh you wouldn’t be able to get to work? That’s ok bc look how many deaths we prevented! Then companies that can transport people to work can also push for further bans. Lawyers both suing car industry and those defending them can also push for studies showing harm from car accidents. Doesn’t matter if the people died from heart attacks, gun shots, or seizures. They’re in a car. It’s car related. Can’t feed your family bc you can’t get to work? Who cares? At least you didn’t die in a car accident. Let’s celebrate this decrease in deaths. Do you wonder how many have been harmed from these policies? Oh, don’t ask that. We don’t count that. Let’s just focus on how we solved the car accident related fatalities. We are heroes!

WOW, and y'all still want to believe this is for the " safety of the public" They do not care #regulatenotban
6 law enforcement agencies are demanding the DEA place ALL kratom into Schedule 1. assets.noviams.com/novi-file…

This‼️Whether your for leaf or 7oh At what point do ppl need to be accountable for their own personal choices. A handful of ppl being irresponsible for what they are putting into their own bodies, should not equate to a full on ban
AT WHAT POINT DO WE START TALKING ABOUT PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY?! 👀🙄 A 2026 case report published in Annals of Emergency Medicine describes the tragic death of a 42-year-old man who reportedly consumed: 💊 THREE high-potency 7-OH tablets. 🍺 SEVERAL beers. Researchers estimated that the tablets contained approximately 87 MG OF 7-OH Now, I'm going to say something that apparently shouldn't be controversial. ADULTS HAVE TO TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT THEY CHOOSE TO PUT INTO THEIR BODIES! This was an adult who reportedly made the decision to consume multiple concentrated 7-OH tablets alongside alcohol. We don't know everything about his circumstances, and losing a life is tragic. But we CAN acknowledge that the reported choices and circumstances matter. Why is the conversation immediately about banning products instead of discussing dosage, mixing substances, consumer education, and personal responsibility? Why should millions of responsible adults lose access to kratom because of incidents involving completely different products and consumption patterns? I believe in consumer safety. I believe in responsible regulation. BUT I ALSO BELIEVE IN PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND ADULT CHOICE! We cannot regulate every possible poor decision out of existence. And we certainly shouldn't punish responsible consumers and small businesses because someone else made a risky choice. EDUCATE PEOPLE. LABEL PRODUCTS ACCURATELY. ENFORCE SAFETY STANDARDS. HOLD BAD ACTORS ACCOUNTABLE. But stop pretending prohibition is the answer to everything! 🙄 Personal responsibility still matters. 💚 Read the actual case report here: kratomindex.com/paper/429496… #Kratom #7OH #PersonalResponsibility #AdultChoice #KratomAdvocacy #ConsumerSafety

We as adults should get to choose what we want to consume- And we as adults should take responsibility for that action. Not call for a ban on an entire plant and its derivatives- when it has helped thousands of ppl in the #chronicpain and #harmreduction communities.

It's a money grab.
First hemp, then kratom. Watch who's next. Congress pulls intoxicating hemp Nov 12 and Dec 11. Massachusetts made all kratom Schedule 1. 11 senators want the whole leaf scheduled. Even kava gets its drinks banned in NYC. Different plants, same script. The fix never changes: test it, label it, age-gate it.
11
All of this because mad Max was losing profits and now has the entire plant under fire... Good job Mac 👏🏼🙄 should have stood with 7oh the entire time and this probably wouldn't be happening like this- #regulatenotban #standtogether #save7oh #chronicpain #harmreduction
Contact Congress — A congressional letter being circulated by Rep. Andy Harris of Maryland is promoting federal scheduling of natural botanical kratom. While federal agencies have been taking steps to address dangerous, chemically manipulated 7-OH products, this congressional effort threatens to undermine the critical distinction between those products and natural kratom leaf. (SEE BOTANICALKRATOM.ORG FOR DETAILS) We need members of Congress to hear directly from the consumers, veterans, families, and small businesses who would be affected by federal scheduling. Please take a few minutes to contact your congressional representatives and share your personal kratom story. Explain why protecting access to natural kratom while addressing dangerous synthetic products matters to you. 👉 CONTACT CONGRESS TODAY. TELL THEM TO SUPPORT STOPPING SYNTHETICS, NOT NATURAL KRATOM ACCESS protectkratom.org/congress

👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 if it was actually about our safety, they would easily regulate it.. instead, they want to take it away from the thousands of chronic pain patients it has helped and the thousands that use it for harm reduction. AS ADULTS, WE SHOULD GET TO CHOOSE!! #REGULATENOTBAN
"Autonomous adults should be free to decide which substances they consume and which risks they accept. The DEA proposes taking that choice away even as it acknowledges major gaps in the medical evidence. Before the drug police turn more consumers into criminals, they should at least demonstrate how doing so will make those consumers safer." READ 👇 acsh.org/news/2026/10/28/dea…

👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 #save7oh #regulatenotban PLEASE KEEP CALLING YOUR LOCAL SENATORS- SHOW UP, HAVE THEM SIGN THE PAPER OF THEM SUPPORTING REGULARION ON 7OH AND NOT A FULL BAN 👏🏼👏🏼 #STANDUP

Well would you look at that, they also have one for 7oh, they are trying to ban leaf AND 7ih so they can turn around and sell it back to us in the form that makes them more money. THIS WAS NEVER FOR THE SAFETY OF THE PUBLIC #chronicpain #save7oh #regulatenotban
OH, THE IRONY! 🌿 While politicians across the country are tripping over themselves trying to BAN kratom, Washington State University just received $7.5 MILLION in federal funding to study kratom, chronic pain, and sleep. SEVEN. POINT. FIVE. MILLION. DOLLARS. 👀 Apparently, there's enough scientific potential to justify millions in research funding, but some lawmakers have already decided kratom has no place in society? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. 🙄 I've used natural kratom leaf for over a decade. I've worked in this industry for years. And I've watched the same fear-based headlines get recycled over and over while the actual science gets pushed aside. Here's a crazy idea… Maybe we should actually STUDY something before politicians rush to criminalize it? 🤯 I've never claimed kratom is risk-free. I've supported responsible regulation, independent testing, and age restrictions for YEARS. But apparently asking lawmakers to use science instead of sensationalism is too much to ask. 😂 $7.5 MILLION for research while communities are voting on bans. The irony is absolutely ridiculous. Science first. Regulation over prohibition. Adult choice matters. 💚 #Kratom #KeepKratomLegal #KratomResearch #ScienceOverFear #KratomAdvocacy

Pay attention to what is happening👏🏼👏🏼 #followthemoney #regulatenotban #save7oh
Well, well, well… 👀🌿 The more I dig into the politics surrounding kratom, the more questions I have. And I think consumers deserve some answers! Let's talk about Senator Ed Markey and Dr. Andrew Kolodny of Brandeis University. Did you know Senator Markey helped expand access to buprenorphine treatments like Suboxone? And in 2017, Markey publicly pledged his support for Brandeis University's opioid research collaborative, co-directed by Dr. Kolodny. Now here's where things get interesting. 👀 That SAME Dr. Kolodny testified in Suffolk County in 2026 in SUPPORT of banning kratom sales, including traditional botanical products. Meanwhile, pharmaceutical companies selling buprenorphine-based addiction treatments are reporting hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue. I'm not suggesting those facts prove some secret financial arrangement. But I AM asking why we aren't having a bigger conversation about the financial interests surrounding drug policy. Prescription opioid treatment? Expand access. Traditional botanical kratom? Support banning sales. Does anyone else think this deserves a LOT more scrutiny? 🙄 I've used natural kratom leaf for over a decade, and I've NEVER opposed legitimate addiction treatment. Suboxone has an important medical role. But I also believe adults deserve access to responsibly regulated botanical products, and policy decisions should be based on evidence. Who benefits from these policies? What evidence supports them? And are we applying the same scientific standards across the board? Those are FAIR questions. Follow the science. Follow the money. And start asking better questions. 💚 #Kratom #KratomAdvocacy #KeepKratomLegal #FollowTheScience #ConsumerChoice

Listen.. I'm for 7oh and leaf Kratom But I'm also for regulation. And it DOES need to be kept out of gas stations. However the entire plant SHOULD NOT BE BANNED #REGULATENOTBAN
Georgia is calling on convenience stores and vape shops to take kratom off their shelves. Here’s one retailer worth asking directly: Circle K. We’ve made it ridiculously easy to send corporate a message. Two minutes, no postage, and not a single legislative hearing required. antikratom.org/circle.html

Tell me again how this hasn't been been a PAID FOR war on 7oh? All for money and greed... This was never about public safety.. it was always about #bigpharma and #alcohol and other LOSING PROFITS.. #REGULATENOTBAN

It is crazy to me,That ppl are willing to demonize something that has helped thousands more than it's ever hurt, and throw it under the bus. AS LONG AS THEY ARE GOO. You can advocate without demonizing something else. #selfish #save7oh #harmreduction #savechronicpainpatients

👏🏼👏🏼 we have real questions that need answers, and SHOULD BE LOOKED INTO before they start banning a plant and it's derivites #regulatenotban #harmreduction
Replying to @OGKratomQueen
What angers me the most about this is the fact that MANY OF THESE STATES advocate for fentanyl & other harmful drugs that are actually KILLING PEOPLE RIGHT IN THE STREETS! Yet suddenly they are concerned about a natural product that actually helps people get off drugs!

In 2024, Ken Paxton sued Texas cities to block the legalization of marijuana. He has received over $350,000 from Big Beer and alcohol, an industry aiming to block the legalization of marijuana.
