Finally finished listening to all the DCFEMS scanner audio for car crash calls from last month, with help from @dcpolicycenter. Bike and pedestrian crashes in certain parts of our city seem to be *massively* under-reported in official crash statistics.

Following up on my colleague @RamirezReports story, @fox5dc learns new details about a 911 call that reportedly sent @dcfireems to 1432 Girard St NE instead of NW in the #District. We have the call recording @OpenMHz, plus a response from @OUC_DC on their handling of the matter.
