@bodybyzedd don influence this guy 🤣🤣
How often do you move?
How do you improve your body’s active range of motion?
Does your body have stretch tolerance and tolerance to difference joint positions?
For those who may not understand, reciprocal inhibition happens when the nervous system reduces the activity of the antagonist muscles while the agonist muscles are actively contracting, which in turn allows an intended movement to happen efficiently.
‘You don’t take creatine or whey protein, so that means your muscles are built through the most natural process’ 🤡
Yet you apply moisturizers on your skin, drink factory processed water, you wear perfumes, body spray and roll on, use fortified table salt, eyeglasses, etc.
But supplements are where you draw the line.
The fact that you don’t use any supplement doesn’t make your result more impressive.
Just like a vegan coming out to brag about building muscle without having to consume eggs, meat and fish.
Paul Bliss retweeted
No need for supplements is a gross over statement.
Because this would imply everyone has the same body structure and genetic makeup, appetite levels and workout intensity.
Because whether you know it or nah, you're supplementing some how..
You don't need to eat 2g of protein per kg of body weight, but you do to maximize growth..
But somehow using supps is a sin?
Baba you strong normally, I wonder why you no Dey record your workout videos.
…but a quick personal experience about creatine and it’s usage.
The pictures below are from July 2025 when I started using creatine.
1st slide is a clip of the very first creatine jar I used and I’ve been quite consistent with usage of creatine since then.
2nd slide is a picture of me after an upper body session a day before I started using creatine.
3rd slide is a picture of me without a pump, 5 days after my first scoop of creatine (no loading phase)
Creatine didn’t work like I expected but over time, I began noticing subtle improvements in my training performance especially during high intensity activities. I believe paying closer attention to my performance helped me recognize these changes.
Contrary to what most people believe, creatine is not an instant stimulant, it doesn’t work like caffeine or pre-workout that you start noticing its effect soon enough. Also, you’ll most likely not feel the effect if you don’t stay consistent with it over time. It doesn’t create energy out of nowhere.
Creatine will not fix a bad diet, poor training and bad sleep routine. It’s can only help you get more out of the work you’re already putting in ( it doesn’t work the same for everyone though).
Lastly, creatine doesn't build your muscles for you. It only helps you train harder and potentially accumulate more quality training volume and eventually, training adaptation occurs.
You all have countless experience in sexual activities and are quick to give hot takes about them.
If I had the wealth of sexual knowledge, I'll do the same.
I've only had a single digit of less than 5 sexual experiences my whole life.
Hard to believe, I know.
