Terafab 🔥 How it started vs How it will look
Satellite images of Terafab since construction started on July 4th.
If there’s any Western company that can compete with China in infrastructure, the only one is Elon’s company.

Here's why I doubled my position in $SPCX today.
SpaceX Just Unlocked a Powerful Formula for Funding AI Growth SpaceX has secured a $40 billion financing commitment for NVIDIA's next-generation Vera Rubin GPUs, with equipment leases extending approximately five years. SpaceX says its AI infrastructure investments are achieving payback periods of less than one year. This means that SpaceX could potentially recover its entire infrastructure investment in under 12 months, while spreading the financing payments over roughly five years. That's potentially four additional years of cash generation from equipment that has already paid for itself! And that cash flow could help finance even more AI infrastructure, creating a powerful cycle of reinvestment, capacity expansion, and accelerating growth. The real breakthrough isn't just access to $40 billion in financing. It's the possibility that SpaceX can turn that financing into a self-reinforcing engine of exponential growth.

SpaceX has 4 massive AI compute deals • Anthropic → ~$1.25B/month • Google → ~$920M/month • Reflection AI → ~$150M/month • Unnamed AI customer → ~$1.11B/month starting December 1 SpaceX also signed a separate $6.7 BILLION cloud services deal over six months, starting to ramp in October That's around $4.55 BILLION per month across all five deals Or nearly $55 BILLION in annualized compute revenue Also SpaceX is planning to bring around 200,000 GB300 GPUs online every month The company is also targeting a massive training cluster with 440,000 Vera Rubin computers by the end of Q2 2027 Elon Musk just confirmed that SpaceX has closed $40 BILLION in debt financing to fund GPU purchases • The financing is primarily callable debt • GPUs are expected to arrive in Q1 and Q2 2027 • SpaceX has investment-grade credit status • Starlink and launch revenue help support its access to financing SpaceX continues expanding its computing capacity

Brutal chart. France and UK vs. Communist countries at their peak. UK public spending as % of GDP is currently above Romania, Venezuela and China. And France is a lost cause. (HM Treasury/Rand Research)

SpaceX is preparing for Starship's first-ever orbital docking and refueling mission in the first half of 2027, potentially as early as February Two massive Starships will rendezvous and dock in Earth orbit, then transfer cryogenic propellant between them This will be a historic milestone toward making Starship a fully reusable transportation system for missions to the Moon, Mars and beyond

It's not the city, it's the people who live in it.
It is a rare miracle in human history that Tokyo, a massive metropolis with a population of 30 million, is clean and safe throughout, with virtually no slums or dangerous districts.

Here is a list of every single SpaceX price target upgrade after Q3. Everyone raised their target prices. The average is now $247 per share up from $220 before Q3 And $SPCX gives people another chance to buy it at $155 Wthelly? 247 is literally +60% from here and I see us hitting it in the next 30 days

Let me explain this slowly, for the bears in the back. If I buy a car with cash for $10, and that is used to generate $10 cash in 1 year, that is a payback period of 1 year. But the car doesn't suddenly vanish at the end of the 1st year. It will generate $10 next year, too. Hell, it may generate $15 next year if it follows the current AI trend. And it keeps generating $10-15 for years after that! So is spending $10 to buy the car bad? No, it is smart. More capex spend in this environment is good. Now imagine you don't have $10 and you borrow from a bank. The bank charges you $2 in interest...so the car is now $12. The payback period is 1 year and 2 months, now, and all the above assumptions are maintained. is that a bad investment? No, it is a smart investment.
