Some of you have asked me many times to suggest books to read. I never recommended any seriously. But given the "war" India is going to face for the next few years, I would recommend reading at least one of the following: (1) War Without Rules (Robert Spalding, 2022) - Easiest and Shortest. (2) Unrestricted Warfare (The Original, 1999) - Good overview by China's own defense guys. (3) The Long Game (Rush Doshi, 2021) - Technical and for those really interested in Geopolitics. All three books detail China's unrestricted warfare methods. They all explain it by illustrating China's war on America mostly. But you can always imagine America as India and read the books. The methods are the same. And they are being actively applied now. If you are interested, here's an overview of some methods: Political warfare - Influence and infiltrate politics of democracies like India to weaken the country from inside. Psychological warfare: Spreading rumors, disinformation, and amplifying issues to erode the will, cohesion, and morale of the Indian government, military, and importantly general public. Drug warfare: Facilitating or profiting from the spread of illicit drugs into India to destabilize society, strain security resources, and weaken the social fabric. Cultural warfare: Promoting or amplifying cultural trends and narratives aimed at influencing Indian viewpoints in alignment with the adversary's interests. Appropriating culture while eroding the nation of its own heritage. Media warfare, Law warfare, Network warfare, Technological warfare, Fabrication warfare, Resources warfare... there are many more methods. Buy and read at least one of these books, you will know. Book (2) is legally available free on the internet to download.

This literally never happened. This racist c*nt lives in my area, and her and her scumbag hubby drive a truck plastered with "f*ck Carney" and "f*ck Trudeau" and love to blare their horns.
Witnessed it again with my own eyes. Someone voting without a Canadian ID. Someone was helping them fill out paper work to vote without ID. Their passport was from India and they could not speak English. Im tired of this nonsense!
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Naturalized Canadian citizens of Indian origin must surrender their Indian passports as India prohibits dual citizenship. Elections Canada does not accept foreign passports or non-English/French documents as voter ID. boi.gov.in/boi/contents/i… elections.ca/content.aspx?s… elections.ca/content.aspx?s…

Alberta supports Conservative MP David McKenzie’s Bill C-264 to repeal the federal Oil Tanker Moratorium Act and remove barriers preventing our responsibly produced energy from reaching global markets. Repealing the ban would open the door to crude-by-rail exports through Prince Rupert, giving Alberta another route to reach customers around the world. Our oil to the United States is selling at a significant discount at a disadvantage to the entire country. The only effective way to close that gap is to increase exports off our western coast and get more customers competing for our energy. For decades, limited access to tidewater has left Alberta heavily dependent on a single customer, putting our oil at a competitive disadvantage and reducing the value of our resources. The Trans Mountain Expansion has helped open new markets, particularly in Asia, but we need more pipelines and more access to tidewater. Pacific Link will help increase our export capacity, but we also need to remove the federal tanker ban to unlock opportunities through Prince Rupert. Global demand for energy continues to grow, and Alberta has the resources to help meet it. Alberta holds the fourth-largest proven oil reserves in the world, and developing those resources benefits all Canadians. They help fund hospitals, schools, critical infrastructure and social programs across the country, while creating long-term economic opportunities for Indigenous communities through investment and co-ownership in major projects. Canada cannot become a global energy superpower while federal policies continue to stand in the way of getting our energy to the world. Repealing the tanker ban is an important step toward securing better prices for our resources and building a stronger, more prosperous Canada.

CBD 'unlocks' a hidden cancer-fighting gene to STOP melanoma spread! CBD enters the cancer cells and "wakes up" a helpful protein inside them called PPARγ. This PPARγ protein then teams up with another protein called TET1 — they form a little partnership that works together like a tiny cleaning crew. Their job? They act like a DNA eraser — they gently remove tiny chemical "locks" (called methyl groups) that are stuck on the DNA. When those chemical locks get removed from a particular spot, it "unlocks" and turns on an important gene called LRSAM1 (a newly discovered cancer-fighting gene). Once LRSAM1 levels rise, it acts like an internal alarm for the cancer cells: → The cells start dying off naturally (a clean process called apoptosis). → They stop growing and multiplying so aggressively. sciencedirect.com/science/ar…

Most people assume that bringing down blood sugar after a meal takes a real workout, something like a brisk half hour or a trip to the gym. The research says the amount of movement needed is far smaller than that, and when you move matters even more than how long. The reason sits in your muscles. When a muscle contracts, it pulls sugar out of the blood without needing insulin to open the door. The protein that carries the sugar in, called GLUT4, rises to the surface of the muscle cell in response to two separate signals, and muscle contraction is one of them. That is why movement lowers blood sugar even in people whose insulin works poorly, and why the effect shows up within minutes instead of after weeks of training. A 2026 trial tested how little movement it takes. Thirty adults came in on two evenings and drank a standard sugar drink with 75 grams of glucose. On one evening they stayed seated, and on the other they stepped up and down stairs for a single minute at whatever pace felt comfortable. They rated the effort 1.9 out of 10, barely more than sitting. In the hour after the drink, their blood sugar rose about 42 percent less after the minute of stairs than after sitting, and their total sugar exposure across the session was lower too. The researchers chose the evening on purpose, because the same amount of sugar pushes blood sugar higher at night than it does in the morning. One minute is right at the edge of what works, and it does not work in every situation. The same research group ran the comparison in the morning with bouts of 1, 3 and 10 minutes after the sugar drink. Three and ten minutes lowered blood sugar, while one minute did not come close to making a difference. When they repeated it after a real mixed meal of 650 calories, one minute did help, trimming the blood sugar rise by about 14 points on a standard glucose meter. So a single minute seems to be enough after a normal meal and in the evening, but not reliably after a morning sugar drink. Three minutes worked in every version they tested, which makes three the safer number to aim for. Timing turned out to matter more than length. A 2023 analysis pooled eight trials with 116 people, about 4 in 10 of whom had type 2 diabetes, and compared exercising before a meal, after a meal, and not at all. Moving after the meal beat moving before it and beat doing nothing. Moving before the meal worked no better than sitting still. The analysis also found that the shorter the gap between finishing the meal and starting to move, the bigger the benefit, so a short walk taken right away does more than a longer one taken an hour later. The useful change is in the ten minutes after you finish eating. Sitting down is what most of us do by default, and for blood sugar it is one of the weakest choices available. Climb the stairs if you have them or take a walk if you do not, and keep in mind that starting sooner matters more than going longer. And yet all you MAGA PP conservatives do Blanket racism towards all immigrants . And you guys were pioneers of it . Driven by racism more than immigration
A new poll on immigration from the Environics Institute finds that first-generation Canadians and non-white Canadians have stronger opinions against immigration than white Canadians and third-generation+ Canadians. 63% of first-generation Canadians and 60% of non-white Canadians think too many immigrants are not adopting Canadian values. 57% of first-generation Canadians and 54% of non-white Canadians think that many refugee claimants are fake.

Data proves it: Hindus and Jews are the highest-earning, lowest-crime, highest-education, lowest-social-assistance, and highest-charitable diasporas in the world. Their success also attracts racism and attacks, partly fueled by Islamists, Khalistanis, and a communist-leftist nexus.
Indians and Israelis, wherever they go are loyal to the land they live on. A hindu and a jew in the US/EU are both american/european first, and hindu/jewish later. Concept of ‘karmabhoomi’ and ‘pitrubhoomi’ is something Israelis and Indians both understand well :)
