🚨 URGENT: Hidden provisions in the gov't funding bill would BAN 95% of hemp products, including CBD, which millions of seniors rely on.
Now, they're killing it with backdoor language
This isn't regulation, it's PROHIBITION
🔊Tell Congress to support common-sense regulation

Just to be clear: I am not delaying this bill. The timing is already fixed under Senate procedure. But there is extraneous language in this package that has nothing to do with reopening the government and would harm Kentucky’s hemp farmers and small businesses.
Standing up for Kentucky jobs is part of my job.

Nature's intricate chemistry, revealed in compounds like THC and CBD, offers profound relief. The scientific evidence is clear: from easing chronic pain to preventing seizures, cannabis provides a vital pathway to well-being for countless patients. Keeping these natural remedies federally restricted is a public health disservice and an ethical failure. Our policies must reflect science and compassion. Let us unlock these healing potentials. #DescheduleCannabisNow @jackherahera @micklockwood4
