There are only two groups who were consistent about covid. Those who said it was a deadly plague and followed everything and still do today. And then those who understood it was a media driven panic not based in reality at all. Only one was right.

He’s nailed this perfectly.
If freedom is the standard to defend your choices, you have to allow other people the freedom to criticize them. The Shane Gillis controversy shows why freedom can’t settle moral disputes. Eventually, we need a standard beyond “Do what I want.” 📽️ 👇 youtube.com/watch?v=g6VY4DkL…

"But if the new Narnia trailer will thrill fans of early-1970s heavy rock, CS Lewis diehards will have a tougher time with it. The blend of garish computer effects and thumping proto-metal will confirm their worst fears: that Gerwig has a loose grasp on the source material and is more interested in making a glam-rock opera than doing justice to a beloved series of children’s novels. "Nobody would, for instance, dare give a glam-rock makeover to Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter or Game of Thrones, so why should Narnia be subjected to such cheeky revisionism? Hollywood certainly wouldn’t dream of gender-swapping Gandalf or mad Prince Joffrey, as Netflix essentially has by having Meryl Streep voice Aslan. That casting choice has already been called “an act of creative vandalism” by CS Lewis devotees." Well worth a free login to read the whole thing. telegraph.co.uk/films/2026/1…

Phyllis Webstad, the woman behind Orange Shirt Day, didn’t attend a residential school and says in her memoir that she liked her public school teacher so much that she wished she could take her home. “The Mission was the place where we slept and ate. When I attended in 1973, there were 272 students in total, boys and girls. All of the students were bussed into Williams Lake to attend public school, about 20 minutes away. ... I liked my teacher there, she had crazy red curly hair, she smelled good, and she was kind — I wished she could take me home with her.” I don’t blame her. Here’s how Webstad’s aunt describes life on the Dog Creek reserve where she and Phyllis grew up: “There was lots of violence and drinking on the reserve. Many times at Granny Suzanne’s, we had to hide ourselves for our safety, usually in the sweat house or the haystack by the creek. My two uncles lived with us. One of them abused me sexually, and the other abused me mentally and physically. He would beat me and my brother with sticks and anything he could get his hands on. He even bullwhipped us once.” There is no conspiracy to steal Native kids from their homes. There are hundreds of years of priests, nuns, and other Christian Canadians taking care of needy Indigenous children out of genuine compassion and concern. These selfless and heroic acts of love deserve the respect and admiration of our entire nation. Next Orange Shirt Day, we can wear black and white to honour them. Outrage in France after Bally Bagayoko, the far-left mayor of the country’s most infamous no-go zone Saint-Denis joined student rioters who were attacking a high school in the area. He could be seen laughing with them, giving high fives and jumping up and down. Bagayoko is the mayor of 150 000 people, of which around 90% are immigrants, second-generation migrants and third-generation migrants.

Labour isn't just for money. Labour is for the soul. Universal income is the attack on human nature.
🚨 JUST NOW: Elon Musk, shoulder to shoulder with President Trump, explains why AI is going to lift up ALL of humanity -- not force them into poverty @elonmusk: "I think by FAR the most likely outcome is an AGE OF ABUNDANCE where we don't have just universal basic income, we have universal HIGH income. And people speak about medical benefits. "Maybe it's worth talking a bit more about that. When you have robots and you have superintelligence, it means that EVERYONE in the world can have better medical care than anyone here, including ME. And wouldn't that be wonderful?!" Jobs are going to change. Jobs have ALWAYS changed. But being a computer used to be a job. There used to be buildings FULL of people doing calculations, but now digital computers to do those tasks. I don't think anyone is pining to go back and do calculations all day to do bank interest rates, which is what they used to do. So I think we'll see an evolution of roles. And as the President has mentioned, it's not as though unemployment has increased. In fact, there's a TREMENDOUS demand for people. So I think the most likely outcome--and it's probably worth looking at--the most likely outcome is one which is INCREDIBLY beneficial. And it's a future that you, if you could look into the future, it has a future you would WANT." WELL SAID, Elon. No notes 👏

I still can’t believe 6 million kids died in residential schools. Unbelievable. Anyone who disagrees that 7 million kids died at the Kamloops Residential School needs to be thrown in prison for Residential School Denialism. Those 8 million kids must be remembered So sad
The cowardly act that took place at Tk'emlúps te Secwépemc yesterday is abhorrent. It has no place in this country. My thoughts are with everyone who is shaken and hurt by this disgusting display of hate. This week, we will mark the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. It is a stark reminder of our shared responsibility to confront the devastating legacy of the residential school system and the consequences still felt today. Courageous Survivors shared the truth so that all Canadians could take up the work of reconciliation.

Earlier this year, the Globe & Mail editorial board (finally) admitted that those 215 unmarked graves in Kamloops don’t exist. The CBC admitted the same thing in 2025. The National Post in 2022. Which of those journalists do you plan on sending to jail? All of them?
After witnessing the horrific intimidation and white nationalist rhetoric surrounding residential school denialism in B.C., I firmly support Canada treating residential school denialism as a form of hate propaganda.

No human remains have been found at Kamloops. After 5 years and ~$12M in funding given to First Nations to find bodies, the site was never excavated. Globe & Mail admitted the 215 graves claim was unproven and media failed to scrutinize what may be nothing more than grift. theglobeandmail.com/opinion/editor… cbc.ca/news/politics/…

What’s sad and pathetic is that you don’t know these people and I broke the story. You don’t know the ins and outs of how this happened. And just because your stepmother was paralyzed and drowned to death and you were OK with her being killed by a doctor. Doesn’t mean it’s acceptable and OK. The story is not a lie. It’s the truth you’re just unwilling to look at

Jesus: "For wherever two or three are gathered in my name, there am I, in their midst." This guy: BUT JESUS THAT WOULD MEAN MILLIONS OF SECOND COMINGS YOU CAN'T DO THIS
Roman Catholic theology teaches that in the Eucharist, Christ becomes truly and substantially present under the appearances of bread and wine. With Mass celebrated continually throughout the world, this results in countless claimed sacramental presences of Christ. But Scripture points believers toward one future coming of Jesus Christ from heaven. Communion remembers and proclaims His finished sacrifice as we wait for Him to return. Jesus does not need to be repeatedly made present through a priest. He offered Himself once, rose bodily from the grave, ascended to heaven, and He will return. The question is not what tradition teaches. The question is what Scripture teaches. “For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death till He comes.” 1 Corinthians 11:26 @BibleInContext1 @KellyPowersBPA #Catholicism #Eucharist #SecondComing #BiblicalTruth #JesusChrist
