I'm rooting for the Brewers tonight, but it wouldn't be the worst thing if they won it at home in Milwaukee with the Rays as the visitors.
Milwaukee has certainly had its share of visitors. The French missionaries and explorers were coming there as early as the late 1600s to trade with the Native Americans.

Brewers winning the 2026 World Series would close the portal to hell that was opened when the Cubs won the 2016 World Series. And that’s why you should root for them

Frankfort should open the market to quality, affordable, enforceable health insurance from established carriers, with a named regulator and an enforceable contract standing behind every policy.

FASCINATING loophole outlined by @cobrown – Territories are exempt from Obamacare regulations, and accordingly, their premiums are 60% cheaper. KY officials could drastically slash premiums (up 30% this year and 17% next year) with no new spending.

In 1994, Kentucky enacted new controls that supporters promised would make health insurance more affordable and accessible.
The market’s collapse prompted the legislature to reverse course in 1996 and 1998.
Two Kenosha brothers who paid $1,000 each for a Milwaukee Brewers "Timeless Ticket" more than a decade ago say the team isn't fully honoring the promise that came with it — the chance to sit in the best available seats for a game as big as the World Series.

Kentucky's 2026 assessment and accountability results are out, and I already talked about a major concern with SAT testing. So, how about results from the Kentucky Summative Assessments. I added 2026 results to slides KDE used last year to report on the 2025 results. The first two are for elementary school reading. As you can see, there were small increases in scores, but even if we are talking about white students, scarcely more than one in two was proficient in reading in 2026, and the numbers are a lot worse for the minorities.
