Your app is going to need an MCP server.
Not because it's trendy. Because agents need a typed, authenticated way to call your business actions. If you already expose REST for humans, you're halfway there.
I'm working on a video about this. What's the first tool you'd expose from your app?

I want to tell you all, people grinding, overcoming doubt and fear that I believe in you and want to see you succeed. I want my feed full of people overcoming their challenges and experiencing success and fulfillment. If you're someone building apps and a new life let's connect!

this is your job now:
prompt what you need into ai, see if it can do it, if it falls short, hook in more mcps or grant access to let it make progress, have it self document it's failures into a skill or knowledge base so it will work perfectly the next time.

"Apps and SaaS are dead. People can just vibe code their own."
Sure
Bakeries are dead. People can bake at home
Restaurants are dead. People can cook at home
Gyms are dead. People can work out at home
Cinemas are dead. People have Netflix
Hotels are dead. People have Airbnb
Apparently, knowing how to do something yourself means nobody will pay someone else to do it

I really wish people would stop saying "distribution".
It's almost meaningless. It's like saying, the only moat now is a lot of people knowing about you. Well no shit, entrepreneur of the year.
What do you really mean? time and trust in the market? owning a valuable earned media channel? a proprietary paid ads strategy that is printing money?
Learn to say what you mean.
If you just keep saying it without knowing what the fuck you're talking about, you're ngmi.

Nobody is going to notice your launch.
That sounds harsh but it's actually the best part. It means nothing is riding on it. You get to launch again next week with a better headline, and again the week after, until someone finally does notice.
Most of the products you've heard of were launched a few times before anyone cared.

100% ai will be useful in a lot of ways but people will always love knowing and listening and giving their attention to other humans

Everything i've done online, all the startups, webapps, crypto, the current apps and services are all leading to the final boss. Making more money than I ever have by posting things online. Easy work. It's what I excel at. Thank God. Let's connect.

X is a solid proof you app can be buggy and people will still use it if the core value it provides is there

i want it to be known that getting thousands of downloads to your app by posting tikt0ks and IG vids is very doable but it is not always EASY.
marketing takes creativity and willpower as much as anything else (and probably a lot more creativity than most things to do well)

I see this conversation a lot:
- Someone: "I built X"
- Comments: "You didn't build it; Claude/Codex did"
Yeah, ofc. Agents writing the code is the norm from now on. We can move past this and accept that the two mean the same thing, so we can focus on the product.

To celebrate reaching 3000 followers, and as promised, I'm bringing you today the first episode of my podcast, Founder Conversations!
My first guest is Adam Migus @amigus, an experienced software engineer, cybersecurity expert, and founder of CloudServers.
We discuss his journey from employee to independent consultant to SaaS founder, the challenges of turning a technically solid product into a profitable business, finding the right customers, marketing, pricing, and why building software is often the easy part.
We also talk about Lisa, his open-source AI agent harness, and the opportunities and challenges AI is creating for software developers and entrepreneurs.
It's an informal, unscripted conversation about what building a business actually looks like, beyond the usual startup success stories.
Thank you all for helping me reach this milestone, and I hope you enjoy our conversation!
