I can't respond to Kyle because he blocked me after I reposted a video of him calling for unvaccinated people to be fired. So he's like a toddler who throws a punch and then runs away. I find this map of Lauren Boebert's district striking. Never said land votes. But clearly, the rural-suburban divide deepens. Apparently, raising that is dim?

Competent journalists would be screaming from the highest mountain over governor-elect making public statements such as this only a few days after the election. Don’t listen to what they say. Watch what they do.

On Thursday, Nov. 5, One Colorado held an hour-long "LGBTQ+ Colorado 2026 Election Review" online event via Zoom. I attended the free event because I was interested in hearing the LGBTQ+ community's reactions to the passage of Props 134 and 135. What I heard was raw, emotional, and defiant. Instead of accepting the results, Bridges opened the door to election denialism, implicitly asserting that a minority could and would overturn the outcome established by the majority. Three state representative-elects later joined the call, including Colorado's newly elected trans legislator from Wheat Ridge, Dr. Alexis Hoffkling. Earlier in the event, Bridges also talked about having a recent post-election discussion with governor-elect Phil Weiser. ⬇️

Mr. Clark, Colorado voters chose blue—AND to protect kids and fair sports for girls. Despite your selective framing around characterizations, not scientific evidence. Maybe instead of doubting Coloradans, you should question the Gov-Elect for denying the voters that chose him?

Do you mean “restrict girls’ sports to girls” and “prevent unproven, certainly harmful surgeries to underage minors”? Surely no one who believes in democracy would deny the very election results that made him a Governor-Elect, right?

Disappointed these passed. Hoping state legislature will do what’s needed to protect this marginalized (and very small) group.

LET ME BE CLEAR: We are on OFFENSE, not defense. Phil Weiser can throw hissy fits and be an election denier all he wants. WE THE PEOPLE WON. Colorado voters spoke loud and clear, cutting through millions in opposition spending and misinformation. Coloradans have proven they're wiser than the misinformation and they’re wiser than Weiser. This victory was step ONE, not the finish line. We the People are just getting started. And anyone contemplating undermining the voters' decision would be making a serious mistake to underestimate us.

There is no plague but the threat to the physical, sexual, and mental health of minors from irreversible gender surgery is real. People who love kids who experience gender incongruence stood up to support these vulnerable individuals with their vote in support of 135.
