The Gang Suppression Force (GSF) is aware of recent reports alleging the use of explosive devices and aerial bombardments by security forces operating in Haiti, including claims involving helicopters.
The GSF does not use explosive devices in its operations. This includes the Salvadoran contingent and aircraft operating under the GSF, which do not carry explosive devices. The GSF operates strictly within its Rules of Engagement, in full compliance with international human rights law and applicable law enforcement standards, under which the use of explosive devices is prohibited. Mitigating civilian harm is central to every operation the GSF conducts. Any suggestion to the contrary is without foundation.

Every mainstream economist, NGO bureaucrat, and State Department analyst predicted Nayib Bukele would detonate El Salvador's economy. He did the opposite.
When Bukele declared Bitcoin legal tender in September 2021, the IMF warned of "macroeconomic instability." Bloomberg ran pieces about imminent fiscal collapse. Moody's downgraded Salvadoran debt. The consensus was uniform: this was a reckless stunt by a millennial authoritarian who had watched too many crypto YouTube videos.
What actually happened? By early 2024, El Salvador struck a $1.4 billion deal with the IMF, negotiated from a position of genuine fiscal improvement rather than desperation. The country's GDP grew 3.5% in 2023. Tourism revenue hit record numbers, with arrivals up roughly 95% from pre-Bukele baseline figures. Bond prices, which markets had priced for default, recovered sharply.
The security transformation is where the predictions aged worst. El Salvador held the highest homicide rate on earth for years, running above 100 murders per 100,000 residents in 2015. Bukele's crackdown brought that figure below 2 per 100,000 by 2023, a number that competes favorably with most Western European cities. The same analysts who called his economic policies reckless called his security policies fascist. Salvadorans who previously couldn't walk to a corner store without facing gang extortion now experience ordinary life.
Property rights and personal security are not soft political preferences. They are the foundation that makes voluntary exchange possible. Capital flows toward you when you can enforce a contract without paying a gang for permission first.
Bukele is no libertarian. His consolidation of institutional power deserves criticism from anyone serious about checks on state authority. But the mainstream's specific, quantified predictions failed categorically. Stability didn't collapse. Investors didn't flee permanently. Citizens didn't starve.
The lesson is simple: crack down on criminals and enforce property rights, but, incredibly, the mainstream still refuses to learn it.

Hasta ahí todo normal, lo sorprendente es que han proyectado un rendimiento anual del +10% para los próximos 10-15 años, muy por encima de los activos clásicos principales.
Sin embargo, son bastante curiosas las palabras sobre Bitcoin del CEO de JPMorgan durante estos años atrás...
En 2014 dijo literalmente que:
"Bitcoin es una pésima reserva de valor"
En 2015 dijo que:
"Bitcoin no sobrevivirá"
"Los gobiernos acabarán frenando Bitcoin"
En 2016 dijo que:
"Bitcoin no va a ninguna parte"
"Bitcoin no tiene recorrido"
En 2017 dijo que:
"Bitcoin es un fraude"
"Es peor que la burbuja de los tulipanes"
"Si eres lo suficientemente estúpido como para comprarlo, algún día pagarás las consecuencias"
En 2018 dijo:
"Me arrepiento de haber dicho eso"
En 2020 dijo:
"Bitcoin no es lo mío, a mi no me gusta"
En 2021 dijo:
"Bitcoin no tiene ningún valor"
"Es el oro de los tontos"
En 2023 dijo:
"Si yo fuera el Gobierno, prohibiría Bitcoin"
"Siempre me he opuesto a Bitcoin, a las criptomonedas y a lo demás".

En 2025 dijo:

Curiosamente poco después JPMorgan anunció que permitiría a sus clientes comprar Bitcoin, y también lanzaron varios fondos tokenizados en Ethereum.
Jamie Dimon ha mantenido siempre su escepticismo sobre Bitcoin, mientras JPMorgan ha ido ampliando el uso de blockchain y los servicios relacionados con activos digitales.
Pero ahora parece que se han fumado un porrito mucho más grande todavía.
JPMorgan acaba de decir que Bitcoin va a ser el mejor activo de rentabilidad a largo plazo.
Han dicho literalmente que Bitcoin va a superar a las acciones, el oro y el sector inmobiliario estadounidenses en los próximos 10-15 años.
Esperan una rentabilidad de al menos un +10% anual compuesto en Bitcoin, frente al 7,5% de las grandes empresas estadounidenses, y el 5,5% del oro.
Que lo diga el perro de mi abuela no pasa nada, pero que lo diga una de las mayores entidades financieras del mundo creo que no es ninguna tontería.
Parece que han estado comprando el dip en silencio mientras su CEO metía un FUD descarado durante todos estos últimos años.
Ahora casualmente es el mejor activo de todos los tiempos.

Robotic colonoscopy in action 🔦🤖🕹️
This first-in-human study presented today by Marcin Romanczyk at #UEGWeek showcases the Triton system, which uses a remotely controlled colonoscope and overtube incorporating dual dynamic rigidisation technology. By selectively stiffening flexible segments, it maintains scope configuration, minimises looping and enables precise tip deflection and rotation. This potentially improves navigation, stability and endoscopist ergonomics.
His proof of concept study included 50 patients across two phases. Caecal intubation was achieved in 100%, without repositioning, abdominal pressure or conversion to conventional colonoscopy. Median caecal intubation time was 13 minutes. Adenoma detection rate was 54.2%, with successful resection of all 77 polyps. No adverse events occurred during 14-day follow-up. This causes far less physical and mental load for the endoscopist, and in is view, is way better than conventional colonoscopy.
Could we be seeing a glimpse of the future of colonoscopy?

Last year I was attacked in Paris by a pro-Hamas hate mob. They were screaming “F*** Israel, F*** USA”. This hate and violence was spreading like wildfire.
And now, the same mob is waving the same flags and chanting the same chants while Paris burns.
This was never just about Israel. It was never just about Jews. This is a war on the West and the freedom and values we hold dear. I said it then and I’ll say it again: wake up. This has to be stopped.
